Eddie is a great service rep! He is the reason I keep coming back. He really cares about his customers and values your continued visits. I appreciate him always being in a good mood and being so helpful. He is truly the best and keeps me coming back when I could get the service somewhere cheaper!

My airbag light was on and wouldn't go off. I was informed that this could be dangerous and only the dealer could rectify the problem. Brought my car into McGrath, spoke to Ed in service and was told my issue may be covered under warranty. Left my car there for 1 day and the next day Ed called me and told me my car was ready at no charge. I was amazed at the excellent customer service and the care this representative has given me. He investigated the situation and showed that McGrath cares about the consumer. There needs to be more considerate representatives with this work ethic. This sense of urgency and kindness keeps the consumer going back to McGrath. I appreciate all that was done and definitely will refer McGrath to others.

Just amazing service

My engine light went on Sunday night. I was able to make an on-line appointment for the next morning early. They did an all point inspection and got my oil changed. I love the service people at McGrath City Hyundai because they are friendly and efficient. They made my day complete with a great smile and wonderful service.

Service Dept. (Eddie) is fantastic to work with. Mechanics and the young man who drops me off at work are very friendly and pleasant also. They all try to get my car back to me as quickly and painlessly as possible. I also just leased a 2018 Tucson and my salesman (Marcus) was super helpful and pleasant to work with. GREAT STAFF!!!
