Go the extra mile.
I received exceptional service on an engine problem plus getting some warranty issues straightened out. Would never happen at any other dealership I've used over the years. Ty made it hassle free for me.

Simply the BEST!!
What makes this place so great? First off, it would be Ty in the service dept. He listens, he explains and assist me with all my car needs. I need an Uber! I got it quickly through Hyundai. Second, is the reliable service i get from the service techs in a timely manner.

This is the only place service my car and I absolutely love TY. His communication is absolutely great. He keeps you in the loop on what’s going on. If your car needs something else and he notice it. He will definitely reach out to you and let you know. Thanks TY for taking care of Kindle(My Car).

Incredible Customer Service from Ty, but no employees wore masks
We wear masks primarily to protect others in case we have Coronavirus and don't know it. Employees who wear masks demonstrate they care about customers. No employees at Holler Hyundai were wearing masks.

Another excellent service visit
I took my Santa Fe in for an oil change and warranty repair. Was super fast and easy to make an online appt and Ty my advisor texted me to keep me up to date on my service. Since they needed my car all day for a lengthy warranty repair, Ty set up a complimentary Uber ride to and from work which made it a snap to get my car serviced and still get my work day in. I was happy to see social distancing stickers, Plexiglass at work stations and masks being worn. They were respectful of our pandemic kinda times.

Ty always gives me clear communication and answers my questions fully. I go to the dealership for service regularly and they have great offers like coupons and Castrol oil rebate checks....making the price reasonable.
