Unsure of their honesty
This was my first time here and I only came here because Wesley Chapel Hyundai was booked until February, not that their any better as well. When I walk in to the service desk area there was a level of bothered indifference from the attendee and a general unpleasant vibe from the other staff. I dropped off my vehicle, which I’ll never do again. I recommend you wait for your car.
I received a phone call that the car was ready with no explanation as to what was done whether the issue I came in for was resolved.The attendee didn’t seem to know what I was talking about. After hearing her shuffling around for a bit she tells me that the issue I came in for cannot be duplicated that the technician drove the vehicle for 6 miles and didn’t hear any thumping noise coming from the rear passenger wheel well area of my vehicle. The next day I go to pick up my car. I began to inspect the tires and I come to find out the tires were not rotated even though it specifically says in the receipt that it’s part of the 45,000 mile service. I know they were not rotated because when I turned in the car all 4 tires had a even coat of brake dust all over the rim and no signs of any of that brake dust being disturbed or distressed as you can usually tell when the tire has been removed. My front passenger tire has a slow leak which shows the psi difference when you check the tire pressure monitor. That same tire was still in the same spot. So now that leads me to believe that possibly the 45k mile service was not actually done. So I’m a little unsure of Lakeland Hyundai’s commitment to responsibility towards the customer. Suffice it to say the extra miles I drove to go to this service station was not worth the time or money. I’ll just stick to the devil I know and continue going to Wesley Chapel Hyundai.

Great Experience
We are new customers to Lakeland Hyundai, but so far we have been pleased. Between the buying process (Jon in Sales & Abu in Finance) and our first visit to the Service Department (Sami - Service Advisor), we couldn’t be happier with our decision to purchase!

We were unaware that appointments are recommended even for an oil change. I made the appt. and all went well. I understand everyone is short staffed right now.The sticker recommends the next oil change after 7000 miles. I will be be bringing it in sooner because my husband was it so at around 3000.

Work was not completed
I showed up at my appointment time of 9:45 a.m. it took over 2 hours to get my car back. I asked the cashier person if the tire rotation was performed, she said yes, because if it wasn't they would have notated that it wasn't. I told her that I would know in a couple days because 1 tire has a slow leak. Well unfortunately my suspicions came true. The tires were never rotated. It's pretty sad to wait over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, then find out the tire rotation was never done. The service writer was Dalton. Can you forward this complaint to the appropriate person. Thank you.
