Bring Back Their Genesis dealership
Hyundai just replaced their CEO of the Genesis brand for North America after a very disappointing sales year for that brand. Well, no wonder, they drastically cut back on their dealer network (to include Parkway) which by the way was their top selling dealership in NC. I would buy another Genesis in a heartbeat, but I would have to go to Myrtle Beach or Raleigh for a new car, and that is not happening.

We truly love our Hyundai Santa Fe, and Parkway Hyundai Service team is efficient, professional, and they give you honest estimates on what each service visit includes.
Our Santa Fe is roomy...holds 7 adults...or we can haul a ton of stuff in the back when all the seats are down!
Very comfortable on trips, and the CarPlay feature is wonderful...totally hands free cell phone use...it even reads your text messages to you, and you can respond to texts verbally! Also, love the heated and cool front seats. I recommend Parkway Hyundai to all my friends and neighbors.

From the moment I bought my Hyundai six years ago, I have gone to Chris Dean as my service writer. Whether I wait for the service or use a loaner vehicle, I am treated like a VIP! It is a pleasure to have Parkway take care of my car.

Parkway Always Provides Great Service!
I had to have a dome light unit replaced in my Sonata because it had a short and came on and stayed on at random times during the day & night-time driving hours. Parkway analyzed the problem, ordered the replacement part and and the following week....had me in and out in less than an hour. I always receive prompt, courteous and professional service when I have our Sonatas serviced at Parkway Automotive!

Very good support for an emergent problem. Parkway provided a nice loaner car, and kept us up to date on the progress throughout the repair period.
