Nicest, most professional, friendliest people in the Service Department!!! Excellent and expedient service!!! I highly recommend Parkway!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are the BEST!!!

Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington - Best service from a dealer in my 50 years of dealing with cars.
Parkway, and Chris Dean is always someone that I can rely on. After Mr Don Lathem took over the Hyundai Dealership/business, it has changed from a dreaded trip to the dealership to a Great place to take my Genesis, or my wives Sonata.

Mary Margaret was savy enough to know I had special needs in trying out the new side-powered bolsters in the 2015 Genesis seats, so she allowed me to drive a loaner Genesis that had the power side bolsters in order to confirm that they would help with a broken spine I have.

Before that weekend test drive, I had become very confident with Chris Dean who was servicing my 2013 Genesis, and my wives older 2006 Sonata. We both have newer cars now, 2015 Genesis, and 2014 Sonata which again Chris Dean has always taken care of a number of issues, and treated us fairly. I no longer dread taking our cars to a dealership.

Confidence in Parkway Service
I feel confident when I take my car to Parkway for service. The front desk staff is always helpful and friendly. I feel I am given a good explanation for the service needed as well as cost. As I wait for my car in my local office, they keep me updated via texts. The mechanics do very good work. I should add the Transport service to and from my office is just terrific. The drivers are friendly and attentive to my needs. I might add that Steve in the morning helps one feel less stress in leaving a car for repair. He is very positive man.
