REPAIR OF DOOR HANDLE
Called Chris Deen on Thursday of last week with issue of broken internal component of driver side door handle. He got me schedule for Saturday morning and my car was repaired within an hour. Great, quick service and a very responsive and efficient Chris Deen.

Don’t understand
Chris did a wonderful job of keeping me informed and was very knowledgeable of my Equus BTW I buy another Equus. Unfortunately the Genesis G90 does not have hood ornament, wood steering wheel and most import flat fob that fits in your wallet. Let me know when G90 has these additions.

Service personnel are very courteous, anxious to please, and are interest only in selling what you need, not what may give a higher profit
Chris Deen was excellent. He was very cost conscious. Example: My radiator needed replacing. Rather than tey to sell me a factory radiator, he suggested a less expensive alternative because of the age and mileage of the car. This is what I call "customer first" service. He was prompt in keeping me informed about the sttus of my vehicle.

Always outstanding service. Surprised they now charge $15 for shuttle service but do appreciate this service. You would think it would be free when spending so much money on service.

Great and caring service.
My husband lost his smart key fob while we were at our home at Topsail Beach. . Realized things were not good when he left me at the grocery store to go to another store. I had the only key in my purse. All would have been well until he turned the motor off when he reached his destination. After that he would not have been able to start the car. Luckily, I realized this and called him to come back to get the key. Glad he had his phone on or an 80 year old man would have been stranded. I called Parkway the next day which was a Friday. They were extra special nice and worked us in for Saturday to get and program a key. Super nice , thoughtful and excellent service. If I could give them 100 I would. Thank you Josh and Chris. ?
