Excellence
Every time I have my Santa Fe serviced by Parkway, I am always impressed and never disappointed by the level of service excellence. Chris is a super communicator and guides me through the service process and makes me feel as a partner in decision making. The workmanship is excellent and I have never had a problem. The environment of the dealership is comfortable and everyone are so friendly. I actually enjoy taking my car in for service. Thanks Parkway.

Service work Feb 19 2018
We set this service appointment up about 3 weeks ahead of time so we could get a loaner. Everything worked out perfectly. Loaner was great and service work took the amount of time we were told when we made the appointment. Great dealership for buying and servicing our Sonata.

Great Car, Great Service!
As a woman, it's often difficult to be taken seriously at a car dealership. That is not the case at Parkway Hyundai. From the sales department to the service department I have always been treated with respect and courtesy. Never have I been made to feel like I didn't know anything about cars or that I was "just a woman" who knows nothing. The entire staff at Parkway is wonderful to deal with and I am thrilled that I am part of the Parkway Hyundai family. Thanks to all.

The work was done efficiently and I had the feeling that I was dealing with very honest people ( not always the case at many dealerships )
Not sure at this time if I’ll be moving to this area therefore I couldn’t say that I would have my next service done with you

I do believe my service advisor (Chris Deen) is looking out for me and giving good advice.
EVERY service appoint has gone exactly as was explained. The few issues I had with my Elantra have always been resolved to complete satisfaction. Will hopefully have the opportunity to buy my next vehicle there.
