Honest
I have been into the dealership and had service done on both of our Hyundai vehicles. I have never wondered about whether or not the person I'm dealing with was honest or trying to take advantage of me and my wallet. I've lived in three different areas and had to use three different Hyundai dealerships. Hyundai of Charlotte stole things out of one of the vehicles and took advantage of us on one of the purchases we have made. We have had toyotas and fords most of our adult lives. This Hyundai dealership in Wilmington has given us a wonderful change of our view of thinking there just wasn't a honest dealership to do business with. Thank you for the refreshing change.

Genesis 35,000 mile service
Chris (service specialist) was excellent to work with. He took the time to understand the services I wanted/needed and worked to provide acceptable solutions. For whatever reason, we had trouble sourcing the new tires I needed but Chris came back to me with several options and kept me informed of where everything stood in regards to timing.

Excellent service from all concerned. First time in for service. Like my car which was bought new at this dealership. Discuss and make recommendations to all to buy a Hyundai. Tell all about the warrentry on the Hybrid battery. Have numerous friends and relatives who have bought a Hyundai and all are very satisfied with their cars/suvs.
