Chris,my service advisor, was concentious in following up on a pricing concern I had with the dealership,s price structure. His concern for my well being and detailed fpllow up has made all the difference in how I view service at Parkway.

Quick and reliable service
I was in and out within an hour for an oil change, tire rotation and recall fixes. Extremely polite staff, very clean waiting room and knowledgeable personnel.

Chris called and kept me updated on status of repair and oil change. The part was in stock that was needed and the service dept replaced quickly. I always like the complementary car wash.

Your parts department is a rip off!!
You do not inventory a part for my 2011 Genesis and you wanted $961 to replace the part. I bought it from New Rochelle Hyundai for $625 and I know they bought it
from the manufacturer for a lot less. You do not do that to customers.

Parkway Hyundai provides excellent sales and service. Service Rep, Christopher Deen is courteous, professional and always attentive. Joann Robinson is top-notch in the sales department. World's most expensive bulb.
I spent over $400 on tires, an inspection, and a 4 wheel alignment. The service was super, timely, and reasonable. To pass the annual inspection, I had the burnt out bulb over the license plate replaced.
When I got home I examined my copy of the bill and found out the bulb had been billed at $7 and the labor to change the bulb was $15! I was annoyed with myself for authorizing the service writers"Oh, and you need a new bulb for the license plate" comment without realizing the cost involved. And I can't help but feeling annoyed that I put myself in a position where I'm supposed to think that $25 for a replacement light bulb is reasonable! I won't be back.

I thought the service man was very professional and detailed.
I will definitely go back, but wish the prices were a little more reasonable. More Hyundai car owners would use the dealer service center if the price of services were lower.
