Service review
Very courteous during check in and out. Shuttle service is great. I scheduled vehicle for a LOF & Tire Rot. I was also having an issue with rear passenger seat that is loose and rattling. I showed the service tech
the issue. He said they would look at it and when I picked it up a different tech said it locked and tech. did not hear the rattle. This was not the case. I went back after I checked it and was told to make another appointment. Then I went to order the part that would not lock the seat into position. I was shocked that the 2" plastic piece costs $188.00 from Ford Parts and would not include svs tech time to investigate and install.

I have been going to this Ford location for the past 18 years for all my service. I purchased my F150 brand new at this dealership in 2006. Mike White Ford is Awesome!

From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I was greeted with smiles and courtesy. The oil change was done in a timely manner and the time spent in the customer waiting area flew by so quickly.

My tire sensors were not reset after tire rotation. Tires were out of ballance and car shaking at highway speed. I will not go back, at least not on a weekend.

Very disappointing
I had an 11:30 appointment for an oil change on July 15. After 2 hours, the service writer came to me to inform me my vehicle needed an air filter change, a cabin filter change, the rear window wiper change and new lug nuts. Why would a 2017 vehicle need new lug nuts? He said the (outside) were becoming stripped. I told him that since 2020, your dealership is the only people to service this vehicle. The only reason the outside of a lug nut would be stripped is because either the socket to remove them was too big or it was warn. I had never been told they were stripped prior to this service. I approved the replacement of both of the filters. It was another hour before it was done. As I paid, the service writer told me he discounted the oil change (from $69 to $39) because it had taken so long, after I paid, I saw that I paid full price. I was told my vehicle was right outside but a complete tour of your parking lot proved that incorrect. The service writer sent someone else out to find it. It had been parked in an area on the other side of the building. When I got into my car, the technician left the front passenger seat filthy. I'm not one to complain but this experience was one that has me rethinking my future business with your dealership, service or purchasing a new vehicle. My previous experiences had always been 5/5 stars.

I dropped the truck off at 8:30 as per schedule and was told the work would take a couple of hours. It wasn’t done until 4:30. If I was aware it was going to take this long I would have rented a car. My whole day was a mess, because of the lack of communication.

Took longer
I was told it would take about an hour to change my oil and a service check. I had to meet with Finance for a Warranty so that was good! Took about 15 minutes . I waited in the seating area for over 3 hours. Decided to check on the car and Service apologized and said they were very busy. My car was ready but they didn't come get me.
