A/C Fixed
Of course, on one of the hottest days of the year, the A/C on my 2020 Palisade decided to take a vacation. The next morning I took it in to the Eckert Hyundai service department, where not only was I able to drop it off, but fortunately the parts were available and they made the needed repairs on the same day... again, Thank You..

Taking care of their customers
Bought my car from Eckert because of how they treated me through the process. I continue to have my car serviced there because the service dept treats me with the same kindness and care. Always upfront about what is needed and what my options are. Billy is a gem! They truly go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. There aren’t many businesses like this anymore, but as long as Eckert continues being Eckert, I am a customer for life.

Great job!!!!
My check engine light would come on and shut off. I explained what was going on and I would told they could look at history.
They did a great job!!!!! The most important thing is I was not turned away like one dealership did.

Trying to make my car right
Couple weeks back I took my car in there and frankly didn't get the service that it should have gotten after talking to the service manager I took a car back he did his best to get everything right done. still ain't got my radio right but not due to him not trying. I would continue to go there to have both my car's service, thank you for making things right.

Waiting game
Discussed what wad wrong had to do other things first. Picked up cat with same noises happening. I feel they are waiting til warranty is expired then will tell me what's wrong. We can't afford another car so they are hindering my work and child's security to a vehicle

I took my initial concern to management for resolution after a not so favorable experience. Dylan listened and documented my concerns regarding my recent experience and gave me his promise to resolve to my satisfaction. He told me when my issues would be resolved and they met or exceeded every expectation. Dylan's professionalism and integrity restored my faith in Eckert Hyundai. I have purchased two vechicles from Eckert Hyundai and will purchase future vechicles from them and will recommend them to my family and friends. I would love to give a 5 Star rating, but I am not able to change the score. Here are my * * * * * (stars) for Eckert Hyundai.

Always fantastic service
I had to reschedule my service appointment and when I called they did an excellent job getting me in the next day. They had a full schedule but I only needed an inspection so they fit me in. When I arrived they got my car back quickly. I only waited for about 20 minutes and I was back in my car heading out with a completed inspection. Everyone was courteous and professional. I’ve taken my car there for maintenance for the past 5 years and have always had the same professional experience. I have also bought 2 vehicles from this particular Hyundai dealership and will definitely get my next one from them as well.
