My Kona is only six months old. The lift gate has not been right since I purchased it. Three months ago, a special part was ordered which took two months to receive. I had to call to check on it since service dept said they just didn't get to calling customers with special orders. Took vehicle in for repair, nothing changed. Need to take it in again.

Always great service.

Online scheduling is easy and gives you many options for time and date. Servicing is always timely and mostly less than the estimate. Along with a very comfortable waiting area, is makes servicing more pleasant compared to any other Dealership I have dealt with. It goes without saying, all the personnel are the best you could hope for.

The new vehicle limited warranty for your Genesis had America's Best Warranty at 5 years/60,000 miles. However, now your vehicle is more than 6 years old and has more than 70,000 miles on it, and there is simply no way for us to obtain coverage for your concern at this time.

Our goal is always to provide you with the very best service but unfortunately not even that allows us to re-write the parameters of your warranty.

Service with "BEN"efits!

Is there a more compassionate, HONEST, helpful, realistic, accommodating, reachable Service Rep than Ben Girard? I don't think so! Always 5 Star service with Ben. He recommends only the service your vehicle needs-nothing more-nothing less. Whenever I have a question Ben is always QUICK to call me back. He knows his customers! ALWAYS service with a smile-and a carwash. Woohoo! A complimentary bagel and coffee is appreciated too. Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale won the lottery with Ben.

They made a very big project into something simple for us. We did not need to go to three different places to have the car fixed. They had it all done for us. Body work, glass, and tires.
