Great customer service

Very professional, friendly and makes my time at the dealership getting my car serviced very time efficient. I usually wait and they are very good at approximating how long it will take to service my car.

In addition to great sevice the staff was very frindly and helpful.

The service on the vehicle was completed within specified time as I waited for the vehicle. I was very pleased with this. I will continue using this dealership for all my services and also consider them when I'm ready to purchase another vehicle.

Always curtious, helpful care, advice

Staff always answer any question I have, warned of battery needing replacement so I wasn’t caught with it dead. As an older woman certainly appreciate their timely help & suggestions saving me car problems.

Don’t like the add on

Excellent service. If you want me to do a survey do not ask me to type this in. It’s a turn off and I will not do surveys like this in the future

Brought my vehicle in for part repair / replacement. Appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently and the work, fully covered under Warranty, was done in a timely manner, and to my complete satisfaction. As always, my Service Adviser, Ben Girard, was very attentive and accommodating to my needs in resolving the problem.

WHY?

I just bought my 7th Hyundai because of the professional honest sales people and the wonderful service people.
They are friendly honest and the best group I have every had the pleasure of doing business with.
