This was my first visit and it was for a recall. Unfortunately, there was no communication between the person I made the appointment with and the shop. The parts were not there, so I had to leave the car. Other than that, everything went very well.

Excellent Customer Service provided by the service personnel
Ben Girard does a great job, greets me (by name) as I enter explains what service is going to be done, whats recommended and always asking if there is anything else I might have questions or concerns about with my vehicle besides the service I'm in for. My car is serviced promptly and washed. The customer service I receive is the reason I come back for service at Earnhardt Hyundai North Scottsdale.

Earnhardt Hyundai Never Disappoints
Took my Elantra in on a doughnut as the left front tire went flat as a pancake. Got a ride to a friends house and a new tire was installed and my car squeaky clean in about 3 hours. Ben my service advisor came through for me as always!

Had 2 cars serviced in one day, both oil changes. Both vehicles were done including a wash in 1 hour ea. Makes it worth the wait along with a job well done.
