Above and beyond

This dealership is great and will not skimp. They found an extra issue during their multi point inspection and we ended up w a new battery covered under warranty. They also fixed some minor tubing with signs of pac rat chewing at no extra charge. I really appreciated their approach!

I had an issue that came up with my gas tank so I could not wait a week to get in for servicing. Service Manager Michael Southern worked with me and was able to get my Genesis in within 36 hours. They found a few other things wrong so they needed to keep my car. I was able to get a courtesy car while they worked on my issues. Everyone was polite and courteous! Michael kept me informed on the cost and the repairs that were needed. I feel that they are honest and take the utmost care in you as a customer and your car. It is like you are a family member! I also love the waiting area with the treats and popcorn, as well as the comfortable shuttle!
