Pacifico Hyundai is a great place to purchase a vehicle and to have it serviced after the sale. Everything is done in a timely manner and environment is clean and your vehicle is serviced properly.

I used to go to Springfield Hyundai and their customer service skills are horrible I decided to try pacifico and I must say they are a 10 compared to Springfield which is a 1! I will definitely be coming back here from now on!

Your appointment scheduling needs improvement.
I had no problem wit the service. My problem was in scheduling the appointment. I called the offie numerous times and each timeI went directly to voice mail asking me leave my name and telephone and the call would be returned. I did that but my call was not returned. I finally reached someone when I called in the a.m. and not the p.m. Not sure if I would recommend the business because of this problem. There should be third box--"unsure."
