The dealership has always provide both efficient and courteous service. The appointment times are well maintained and honored. Maybe they could have a couple copies of local papers in the waiting room(s)?

The service is usually quick if it isn’t they try to make it up to you. I like this one better than the other Hyundai Dealerships.

Hello,

I am grateful for the dealership for fixing my vehicle. The service was great and I will come back if any other problems occur. Also, I appreciate Ms Amanda for taking her to time to talk with me; due to my speech impediment. And her going through the issues of my vehicle ( which I appreciate). The mechanics did a great job on my car, i haven’t gotten any issues.

I appreciate the hard work of the workers. I hope they have a great 2021 and a bless one too.

Good service under difficult circumstances.
Took my Tucson in for its 30,000 mile service. Everything went according to plan. During the pandemic and so close to the holidays (exactly a week before Christmas), this seemed exceptional.
