My was serviced with in the hour of my appointment. Friendly staff and very professional. They evaluate the car to see if anything else is needed.

Scheduled maintenance
I took my car in for scheduled maintenance. There was a recall issue and the engine needed to be replaced. I was provided a loaner vehicle. Communication from staff was wonderful and the repairs were finished in a very timely manner. My car was returned to me freshly washed. I’ll be taking my vehicle there next time it requires service!

The sales staff are great and take time in purchasing plus providing you with a car that will be a great fit for you. But calling for service this last time put me off of going to Pacifico for service. I will go to another Hyundai dealer.

The service Dept is 2nd to none from the schedulers to mechanics to personnel. I know my car is in good hands and the work will be done exceptionally well and on time. Dennis Golden and Amanda White are pleasant, knowledgeable and always greet me by name.
