The manager arranged financing through Toyota Motor Company at an incredible interest rate and a 5 year/100,000 service warranty. There was no pressure, no games, no back and forth. The process was quick and efficient. I wish I could remember the names of everyone that helped me so I could name them in this review. The bottom line is I highly recommend Broadway Toyota. They have me as a customer for life!!

I messaged about my new Genesis late one afternoon after seeing it's availability on line. I sent an
email about my interest and was called as I was calling back. They saved it for me until I could get there the next morning because I was too far away to get there before closing. It was the one I wanted! They also worked with me on my trade in. I would recommend that dealership and the sales force there.

e dealt with a number of MB dealerships and Downtown LA Motors, especially Jerry D., has been the best experience I have had to date. I damaged a wheel on my car and Downtown had the wheel in stock and could get it done today. Jerry said he would get it done quickly, and before I knew it, my wheel was fixed, the car was washed, and I was on my way. I know where I will be bringing my car for service! Thanks again Jerry!

ar was good but it wasn't after I purchased the car that day when I returned home all the warning lights came on and the engine light and I took the car back everything they said that they did they didn't do because when I got home the engine light came back on so before I took the car back again I give them one star when I receive a call from the general manager jeff patka and he said that if I don't take that one star down that he wasn't going work on my car that he felt some type of way that I did that and he don't have to work on my car because I purchased as is and he said he will not give me a rental car if they have to keep the car and no matter how many reviews I put up it still won't stop them from selling bad cars to people,so in the meantime I was asking to speak to the owner and I took the car back again they knew that I was coming from Wilmington Delaware so all they did was reset the light and told me that they couldn't find anything wrong that day when I was up there I receive a call from Michael lutman that the owner wouldn't be there the day I was up there that I had to come another day but get this the owner was there the he lied to me that was the last time I went up there so if the owner condone this kind of behavior he is only worried about money too so it's been four months and the engine light is still coming on so I did some research and found out the are laws that protect the people from dealership like this new or used or buy as is car too so people look lawyer up I will be this dealership needs to be taking down if there are any lawyers looking at this please help me and the people that this dealership done wrong

nowledge. He listened to our needs and patiently helped us decide on the Genesis GV80. He is the reason we purchased from Genesis of Greer. Most of us have had bad experiences with car salesmen but not with Hamza. I recommend you ask for him when visiting the dealership. You will agree with my review. tions to help us make decisions, did an excellent job finding the color combo we wanted after he showed us multiple van exterior and interior combos in stock. He really cared about our experience and getting the vehicle we wanted. David also assisted us and was polite and helpful. Alberto was very nice and brought clarity to the financing, charges and additional purchase options we could choose and did including the extended warranty (opted for since new vehicles have tons of computer components and buttons that can fail and cost big bucks to repair, divided out over the length, was only a couple hundred bucks additional each year), gap insurance and Zurich protection. Very impressed and happy with our experience and purchase. Looking forward to returning for services visits and to buy our next Ram truck there.
Side note, I had viewed other dealers websites and even called them but chose to come to Walnut Creek CJDR when I spoke to my uncle about our interest in getting a Pacifica Hybrid. He has known multiple people there for decades and highly recommended them and their professionalism. It is rare to find people who have worked at the same dealership for 15, 20 years and that is true here because they are great people and a great dealership who care about the customer.
