Well like a fool I went back to having my vechicles serviced at Sonju. Well my last visit I called and got a appointment to have my 2017 Ram 2500 to have my oil changed. I brought it in at the set time and when I checked in gave them a coupon for my oil change. When it was done I went in to pay and the bill seemed high. I paid and got to checking it over and they never gave me my coupon. On top of that they said they Rotated my tires when in actuality they only Rotated my drivers side. I called a couple days later and was turned over to Josh and he said he would check the cameras. I called and talked with Josh the next day. Was told I was right and the tech only Rotated the drivers side and assured me he would talk with the tech and reimburse me 10.00 dollars for the mixup. He then had me email him a copy of the coupon and he would turn it in and get a reimbursement check out to me right away. Well that has been a couple weeks now and I have not seen any type of reimbursement. On top of that I have tried several times get a hold of Josh and he is either not in or busy with a customer. They have left messages for him to call me and he never does. Maybe they never deliver the message. Well this type of business practices have completely made me pissed. I will not ever bring my vehicles into these jackwagons for anything. There are plenty of places that know how to treat their customers without being taken advantage of. I will no longer recommend Sonju for anything. There are too many other places in the area to get honest work done when you need it.

DO NOT BUY HERE
Edit: 29 days after purchasing a “Blue Certified” truck, the starter is shot, the ball and cv joints must be replaced, there’s bolts missing from the exhaust manifold, and the list goes on. I was told by the dealership I had to have it towed to, that I shouldn’t even be driving this truck right now until these problems are fixed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. Salesman Joe Sarraco, you lied.

Give all 10s on the Sonju Two Harbors survey or else......
We recently leased a new truck from Sonju Two Harbors. We were told by Justin and Adam while waiting to do the paperwork that we needed to give all 10s on the survey. My husband noticed that the truck had a Class 3 bumper hitch and we needed a Class 3 Reese although the truck had a towing package. Initially, when my husband called Sonju, a manager told him that they could take care of it and would let him know when. In the meantime, the survey was completed and although almost all questions were rated 10, then were a couple that were not. My husband called again to see when we could bring the truck back and Adam (the product specialist/salesman) was obviously angry and said something like "I heard you really sliced me," and then said, "You didn't give us all 10s so I don't know how much we can do for you." After he said, "It won't be me calling you back, it will be Justin." No one called back. My husband called and asked to speak to the manager. He never returned calls either. The dealership was correct in that the truck was equipped with the hitch that was stated. However, the customer service there went to ZERO once they got their survey back without all 10s. So, buyer beware! If you want good service at Sonju Two Harbors you need to give all 10s whether or not they deserve them!!!! Yesterday, they had the nerve to call us wanting to know if we had the title for our trade although we filled out the paperwork for a duplicate title. My husband told them that yes we do but we aren't mailing it to them and they could have the manager call if he wants to know why. Again, no response.....We have at least five unreturned calls to Sonju. Management has not called back despite knowing there is a dissatisfied customer.. Next time we will be taking our purchase to a dealer who doesn't have employees who can't handle a survey which is intended to improve the customer's experience, not cause them to treat them poorly...

Pleasant buying experience
I'm glad I contacted Sonju while searching for a tow vehicle for my boat. My salesman, Sam Cox, did everything possible to get me out the door with the ideal tow vehicle at a price I was comfortable with. My family and friends are impressed by my purchase and so far its everything I wanted. Thanks Sam!

Friendly Environment
I was greeted by Robert, one of the sales mangers. He paired me with Nick and he helped me get into a certified truck He was helpful and very knowledgeable on products that come with CPO vehicles. If you are looking for a friendly non pressure environment ask for these guys at Sonju.

Customer Service is just awful
...went there to have a new tire installed and the others rotated/balanced. Specified to service that I wished for a specific rim to be placed on a specific tire because of tread considerations and an existing tire on the vehicle, removed and used as a spare. At any rate, what was given as an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour to do so took over 4 hours because of misunderstanding of what the work order said to do contrary to what was actually done. Notably, I happen to live 70 miles away, so this mishap ruin the rest of my day with other appointments scheduled, which resulted in cancellations in lieu taking off a work day too. - not happy!
I've owned my F150 for over 3 years and it has been typical that they flub-up in some form or fashion; sadly it is unusual that they get things right the first time. It is a shame, because I really like the product - my F150 is an exceptional vehicle that I immensely enjoy. But I cringe every time I need to maintenance it through the Sonju service department - awful service and professionalism!

We picked up our new Escape yesterday and wanted you to know how much we appreciated having Elijah as our salesman. From the time we made our first inquiries about ordering the car through the whole process, he was wonderful. He is knowledgeable, friendly and when we picked up the car, he spent a lot of time with us insuring that we understood all it's features. He is truly an asset to Sonju.

Great salesman
Elijah was awesome to work with, stuck with me for a couple of months and kept letting me know when something came through that fit my search criteria. He found what I wanted and made the purchase process fast and easy. Him and the closer were the only folks I worked with, but if I bought another vehicle, I'd go there and ask for Elijah.

Service - Auto Butler
Recent Auto Butler service was NOT satisfactory. Even though service manager agreed my vehicle had mechanical scratches and was not totally clean, I have not received a remedy to this damage. Over the past month, none of my emails, u.s. mail, or phone messages have been returned by the general manager or service department.
This is very disappointing since we have been satisfied in the past with the service and sales of 2 vehicles at Sonju.

Just don't go.
Bought a used jeep, and after a few months we needed to replace the exhaust, shocks, and struts. No way they didn't know these issues were there. We will never give them our business again.

Worst experience ever
I bought a used truck from Sonju, drove it home and noticed it steaming from the hood a tiny bit. Turns out, it had a cracked cylinder head. NBD, not Sonjus fault, it was bought at auction and it was tough to notice. So they got me into a brand new truck, not the one I wanted, the one they wanted to sell. I was unfamiliar with the price of that truck, and they knew how much o was qilling to spend. Then a week later said they missed something on my credit, I HAD to come up with $1,200 they said. I asked to just take my car and down payment back that I came with, not an option according to them. Then the $1,100 in accessories I ordered came in, but they were actually aftermarket parts that cost less than the factory equipment I paid for. I asked them to make things right, I missed like 3 days of work and was put through the ringer, the manager said "I'll fill your tank and im done". Lessons learned, go in and establish the price of the truck YOU want, act like a cash buyer, don't tell them your budget, when you order parts, make sure you get what you paid for. Lastly, shop anywhere but Sonju. I will be reporting my experience to the BBB and the dept of ecommerce, or whoever regulates dealerships. I can't have my car back, have to pay a debt I can't afford and don't believe I owe, and a tank of gas does it.
