Wow what a Friday 7/30. Thinking I was going to trade in my 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid at the Toyota
dealership after they were so rude to me Foothills Toyota I drove by Honda of Burlington on I5 I looked over and saw a CRV in color Dolphin Gray I decided to turn around and what a decision I made….Greeted by fantastic sales people and after talking for a few turning out to be longer Sam the GM worked a miracle out for me….Then the Finance Dept what amazing people…. I can’t thank them enough everyone I left w the vehicle I have been dreaming about…. Worlds of thank you love them all….

Normally I'm very happy with the service department. Today not so much. I had an appointment to get t
he rear end of my 2022 Honda Accord Sport checked out because when I had the tires rotated I was told the tire wear was abnormal in the back tires. The person I spoke with must have been having a bad day because they were rude with a bad attitude. They told me I should have had an alinement every 15,000 thousand miles. Like I was supposed to automatically know that. That would cost me 140 something dollars and to check the suspension it would have to put on the dianostic thing for another 200 hundred dollars. So much for buying a new car that's supposed to have a warranty. At that point I just said nevermind and left. I'll find someone else to see if my car is safe to drive. I hope that service person has a better day tomorrow.
