nstincts mid-afternoon to see if they could fit me in. My husband, son, and I have been customers for years and we trust owner Tom Langford and his son, Jarrod, without hesitation. Thankfully, Tom told me to drive over to the shop and he had a mechanic check my tire on the lift. There was a tiny leak that could be patched. While I was at Automotive Instincts, Tom adjusted my dashboard clock which was very kind of him. I am such a grateful customer!

I had a fantastic experience with Parker Toyota's mechanics. After having my timing cover resealed (a
big job), the check engine light came on shortly after I picked up the vehicle. They sent a mechanic to my house to inspect it and ended up towing it back to their shop (no charge) to prevent any possible damage by driving it back to their shop. They did an extensive amount of diagnostics and found that the air/fuel sensor just had some debris and triggered the check engine light. Special kudos to Cruz F., Coty C., Al B., and Steven R. as well as all the other team members who seviced my vehicle. They really did go above and beyond to ensure my truck was back in top shape, maintaining consistent communication throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated the photos they provided of the repairs and the patience they had in answering all my questions and concerns—it’s rare to find that level of transparency and professionalism. You can tell there is a great company culture at Parker Toyota's auto service shop; they lead with knowledgability, honesty, and kindness.
