EXCEPTIONAL IN EVERY WAY!
I have been taking my 1999 Toyota Camry to Automotive Instincts since I moved to Tarzana in 2010. I can always count on Tom and Jarrod to fix any problem and keep my car in great working condition. They are honest, reliable, efficient, and personable. I just got a 2017 Mazda and will rely on them to maintain it as well. My husband also has his Acura serviced by them.

Safety First !
They diagnosed a power-steering issue and told me my options including replacing the entire system. For safety reasons I opted for the replacement which they did in one day . They also updated all systems that are married to the PS unit plus some extras. EXCELLENT SERVICE !

Excellent Service
I completely trust Tom and his mechanics with my car. Tom and his son Jarod are reliable and professional. We've been bringing our cars here since the 1980's when Bruce opened this shop. When Bruce sold it to Tom. The service was still excellent. Has been that way ever since. Thank you Tom, Jarod and the mechanics for taking such great care of our cars for all these years.
