er the years at Magic. My AC died recently and while trying to repair it they discovered other problems that were keeping the AC from working consistently. Khing did everything he could to get the problem diagnosed properly, parts ordered correctly and the problem fixed as soon as possible. He even went as far as to use his personal vehicle for measurement comparisons to mine to help with the diagnosis.
I've gone to Magic for years for servicing, they've changed a lot over those years but Khing has remained committed to providing quality and timely service each and every time I bring my Tundra in.

t was uncertain about what I wanted to spend. Jeremy was great in answering my questions and listening to my needs. I returned today and asked about a 2020 on the lot with low miles. We drove that along with a Tundra. I was able to get the RAM with lower miles, three years newer, and $5000 less than a higher mileage Tundra. Also a Toyota Care extended Warranty, unlike the ones that call from India on a daily basis. I am pleased with the entire process. Jeremy and Nate were transparent and didn't play games.

The team at Toyota was easy to work with and purchase went smoothly, I felt supported and respected.
The only hiccup/headache I experienced was just two days after my purchase, the oil and check engine lights turned on my dash, and my car was barely running... This was extremely alarming to me as the car had just been serviced with no apparent issues just a month prior, but Toyota was extremely responsive - paid for the tow, and serviced my car with no charge.
Turns out there was no O-ring installed when the car was serviced last (at Toyota), which caused an oil leak. However, they fixed the problem, performed a health check, did a proper oil change, cleaned up the car, and sent me on my way. The service was quick and the staff members were knowledgeable and helpful. Other than that issue (which is now resolved) the overall experience was great.
