I traveled to gulf shores for a family trip and the first day of my trip my car broke down. I had it
towed here and Eastern Shore Hyundai had my alternator replaced in a very timely manner before I was due to go back home and the customer service was impeccable . they called me and kept me informed every step of the way. My service specialist was Cindy and she was very helpful and friendly. if I didn't live 200 miles away I would go here for all of my maintenance.

They have taken care of everything and given me the help & support needed to get my car back on the road. eable about all the car models .Buying a car is stressful, especially when a person is on a fixed income. He put my wife and I at ease very quickly, unlike some of the other dealerships in the Lehigh Valley. He asked many questions to get a picture of what we both wanted and needed in a new vehicle. He was very patient !! We came back 3 times before we made the purchase. He never pressured us, and took a lot of time to explain in detail all the fine points even if we didn't understand..
I can't think of anything Richy did that we found questionable.
Give him a raise !!!!!!!

I realize Don Wood is a small location with limited employees. But there are a couple of things that
could make the customer a little more "at ease." One: the drop off location is not clearly marked. It was raining and I had to find a place to park and then walk to a door, which was locked. In all fairness, I was 10-15 min. early.
The customer rep happen to see me and motioned me to walk back around to a side door.(rain) When my car oil change was done, in very good time, I went to pay. Then I had to ask where my car was? I was told at the side of the building. Again, I walked in the rain to get my car. I really don't think it would have taken very much time to drive the car near a door. I "do not" have an issue with the employees as they treated me with respect. My problem is I "am comparing them" to the previous dealership. But I think customer service should be more of an issue, especially when dealing with the elderly.
