Unsatisfied Customer
Recently, I purchased a less than 2 year old Palisade Caligraphy with warranty still active. I bought the extended warranty, anyway. Shortly after the purchase, the passenger's side front seat belt failed. It wouldn't latch. At the same time the warranteed paint started peeling on a small front panel on the same side. The dealership replaced the seat belt after keeping my car for iver two weeks. The paint is slivered under warranty but their body shop charges more than double what the warranty covers. They wanted me to pay the remaining. I refused and brought it home because my local body shop will paint it for less than half if what their body shop requested. Don't buy a car from these people. They will find a way to screw you. I'll get them back. I'll never do business with them, again, nor will any member of my family. My cousin stopped at the dealership in Granbury, today.

Extended warranty issues
My Santa fe has been at the service dept for 3 weeks now waiting for extended warranty work. We keep getting one excuse after another. First they had to get approval with the warranty people- 4 days later they claimed they got that. We waited...we called again. Now they had to get approval from the big wheel over the dept. WHO IS THAT BY THE WAY?
They cant order parts with out the approval.
There are no longer loaner cars and there wasnt a rental car available anywhere. We had no choice but to buy a new Kona while my husband was up there checking on things. I am a cancer patient and needed transportation to get to my treatments. The sata fe was our only vehicle. We were debt free and were more or less forced into this purchase. Now that it is going on 3 weeks I dont know what we would have done.
Husnand called again and NOW the story has changed. It seems they got approval from head honcho but now waiting for approval from warranty people.
MY GOODNESS WHO IS IN CHARGE THERE?
We have been loyal customers for over 33 years. What happened to the excellent service people you used to have?
So we have decided if we dont get answers by next week we will seek legal advice. Do we have to go through this everytime warranty work is needed. They claim a repair that costs this much has to get approval. I agree....how long does it take to make a phone call and follow up.
We are fed up and now we have a car payment we didnt want.
This needs action fast.

Purchased new, in April. Trying to get car serviced for the first time, online scheduling not working, no appointments for an oil change for more than 10 days.,no loaner cars, no shuttle service ( too far). Rude (lack of) Service Advisor.

Excellent service I am in and out in a timely manner
Whenever there is a recall on anything no matter how small I do not have to keep up with my mail regarding the recall it is bought to my attention at Jerrys dealership and taken care of immediately.

Oil not filled to capacity
When the oil level is low, it makes you think there is a problem. Is it a leak, is the engine burning oil? It makes me think because it is 3 years of free matainance they are trying to save oil.

Did a good a quick job. I received several notices that maintenance was due so made appointment and when I got there they were not going to do it because I didn’t have enough miles on my car yet. I insisted because I didn’t want to invalidate my maintenance agreement. They did it but weren’t happy!

My first experience with the service group
I gave them a middle of the road rating because Jerry's was in the middle of a remodel and they were in a temporary set up which I believe slowed their greeting and acknowledging upon my arrival. They did perform the requested service in a quick and timely fashion it was just confusing when I arrived because it took several minutes to be greeted.

Horrible experience!!!
Every time my daughter takes her car in for a oil change Rick is the rudest unfriendly person ever. When dealing with customers you need employees with great customer service skills. Having a employee like him is just running customers off. The only reason she goes is convenience but I think we need to find a new place to go.

Exceptional Service
I get all of my service done at the Jerry’s Hyundai Service Center. The customer service is top notch and I never feel pressured into paying for unnecessary services like I have in the past at other service centers. The staff is always so accommodating and eager to address any questions or concerns I may have. The atmosphere and quality of service at Jerry’s Hyundai is unmatched and I would recommend them to anyone.
