First Time for Service in Milford
I just moved to CT and needed servicing for my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. Kurt Schock was extremely helpful. Very professional , direct and to the point, yet still friendly. He took extra steps to help me understand the process and also provided me with suggestions for potential future servicing needs. He also advised me the approximate cost of each item and which one he felt was most important.

Always great service
I purchased a 2007 Tuscon brand new and still running beautifully so it was time to add another one. Samet our salesman showed me my perfect Tuscon that I fell in love with and purchased he and the finance team were amazing. When it came time to service both cars I decided to use Key Hyundai instead of my local garage. Best decission ever, they fixed a problem on my 2007 Tuscon that my local garage couldn't. And recentley had regular service on my new Tuscon and Kurt my service advisor couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you to everyone for great cars and great service at Key!

I've been trying to call the milford location for 3 days and the phone number is not in service
finally get through to a service company and they patch me threw and after 25 rings it hangs up on me
the wort experience ever .

Just plain awful.
Brought my car in for a routine service and oil change 3-4 weeks ago. (a car which has had not a single issue since owning it) Somehow my car just did not want to start this past weekend, i went to check my oil levels and basic things that i could notice being an issue and my car was literally completely empty of oil. When i went to add some to see if that was ultimately my fix to my problem and we just watch the oil drip straight out of the car onto the ground. literally didn't even hesitate to begin dripping.

Took 4 days to finally get an appointment here at the same dealership that did my service and oil change. It's been almost 40 hours later now and i have not received any update. Last time they actually answered my call to tell me anything (10 hours after my appointment was scheduled for) all they said was it hasn't been diagnosed yet or even brought into the servicing building which is baffling.

No one has time to be without a car at this day and age. And to add to that, i was to told there are no rentals available. You must have a lot of cars just sitting around if you loaned out all the rentals you have.

That fact this issue arose most likely because of a fault during my previous servicing here, i do not feel as i should be getting pushed to the back of the line here. ABSURD SERVICE.

Customer service is terrible.
I brought my car in for basic services check up and an oil change barely a month ago. Woke up this past sunday to my car not starting and after doing basic checks to what i could think the problem was i realized my car had literally no oil left in it somehow. I went to just add some more oil to see if this was the overall issue and we watched as the oil went straight though and dripped out of the car as im adding it to the car.

Things happen and i get that but i had to wait 4 days to get an appointment to get a service appointment and since that appointment at 9 am yesterday, i have yet to receive any update or correspondence about the issue, time-table, rental availability and just trying to even get someone on the phone has been a complete hassle.

It seems like they are just trying to find a way to get money out of me, which is jut not even going to come close to happening when my car had literally zero issues since owning it, until i brought it into this shop for services.

Starting to have issues with customer service and what I was sold
I purchased a 2020 Hyundai Elantra about 3 years ago now. The sales rep who I purchased the car with, last name Pellegrino, included two sets of tires with my purchase. This is reiterated multiple times with the financier, a middle eastern gentleman. I say it this way because the dealership had no idea who sold me my car, which is odd because they should have years of records. SKETCHY. I asked to have it specifically stated that I was getting two sets. The financier said it was written on the warranty. The warranty didn't specify the number of sets of tires, just that tires were included in the deal. My mistake, they screwed me on that. I have a co-signer that was with me and another gentleman that was friends with the head mechanic at the time. All three are aware of what they offered. I went to make good on that deal last service and had nothing but headaches. I was told originally, at time of purchase, I can get the tires put on at any time. The tires came with the deal. They are mine as far as I'm concerned.
So what happens? There is no record of it on my file and said they never offered that deal! Thank god I saved my paperwork. They agree they owe me one set of tires, but only until my tires are more or less bald. At this point they know they are in the wrong but still maintain an attitude of superiority that I was wrong somehow. So Key Hyundai screwed me on the deal by only honoring one set of tires when I was promised two. Still, I had to argue with some old tech that kept saying everything was policy. I know he was just saying that to cover his ass. It was a cop out because he didn't want to do his job. The tech said there was 4/32 tread left. My mechanic at work laughed. They are more or less bald.
Long story short, this place will promise you all sorts of things to make the sale and then go back on it. I knew I should have had two sets of tires in writing and of course the young financier and sales guy lied through their teeth, or figured they wouldn't be there when it came time to collect. Having the old service tech whos been there for 20 years treat me like a lying dirt bag wasn't nice either.
Lastly, they screw you on part changes. They said I needed an air cabin filter change and an engine air filter change. Both are about 10 dollars at a NAPA or other auto parts store. Each takes about 2 minutes to change. They wanted to charge me $450.00!!!! Let that sink in! They said it was coated with a special substance to get around the states upcharge laws.
Let's see if they can redeem the review and actually give me my tires that I really need now!

Moody is an excellent salesman he was concerned with me and my parents concerns regarding a safe and reliable For me. He took the time to walk through the complete vehicle with me to make sure I felt comfortable with it . This was a no pressure cell he just wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase. He made sure the vehicle was cleaned pop cleaned polished and ready for me at pick up it was a very easy transaction. Even after purchasing the vehicle I've reached up To him with a question and he immediately responded. I highly recommend him as a salesperson at hyundai. We already have recommended friends to him for future purchases.

Love my Palisade
This is my first Hyundai and it was an amazing experience!!!! The service was outstanding!!!! We worked with Mitch and I could not say enough about how knowledgeable he was. We had so many questions and he put our mind at ease as he was so genuine and responsive.

Tire fell off!
I've been coming here for service since purchasing my Sonata new in 2017. Never had a problem until my wheel fell off while driving after a tire rotation on 7/11/22!
