I just want to take a moment to share with anyone needing a service consultant recommendation.

ergeron is a breath of fresh air. He was assigned my daughters vehicle issues. He communicated with me over 2 hours away with honesty, kindness and unbelievable service professionalism. He was
very genuine in trying to evaluate the issues and being considerate with how to approach the car evaluation of issues. We trusted, that he was going the best route to just be patient to uncover our problem. He was requesting help from the corporate Hyundai on research of these type of problems
our car was experiencing. You could feel that he really cared and understood the situation, as he has
daughters too. He was successful in diagnosing the problem and gave us great advice on how
to go about our next step. What I am saying is that Dan Bergeron is a person the world needs more of
these days. Absolute sincere gentleman and I hope Parkway Hyundai of Wilmington knows how great
a Service Consultant they have in Dan. He even took a moment to come out to speak to me on his day
off, while we were getting things out of the vehicle. I would tell everyone if they need service, Parkway
Hyundai of Wilmington is a honest and exceptional service department. Thanks to Dan...we need more people like you in this world.
