Horrible costumer service
I had the worst experience. All that I came in for was an oil change and tire roation. When I pulled up I was dealing with Christopher Simmons in services and he had told me that my battery had just died. I have never had any battery issues before and he never gave me an opportunity to even think about anything and just told me that I need a new battery and it will be over $300. Mind you, I am 20 minutes early for my appointment, so it is not like I was slowing anybody down. I had called my dad to explain the situation and get his advice because I know nothing about cars and do not want to get scammed. Christopher Simmons was HORRIBLE. He was sighing the entire time and rolling his eyes and acting like I was such an inconvenience. I am so sorry Christopher Simmons that I asked you to jump my car so that I can save myself $150 and get a battery elsewhere. I am so sorry for making your job so difficult. Christopher you do not belong in costumer services and did a horrible job at making a young girl feel comfortable. Christoper Simmons, you need to get a new job that does not deal with people because you are an absolute D!*K.
I wanted to complain to the front desk clerk but there was another costumer in front of me. When the costumer had left the front desk woman and another older gentleman employee were mocking and making fun of the costumer. That absolutely did not make me feel comfortable to speak to them either.
Management needs to get a hold of their employees because it is very apparent that poor costumer service is the normal thing around this establishment. I will not be back and will be canceling my payment plan for services with you guys as well.

YES to Bronco Motors and Oscar Garza
While I appreciate and support Bronco Motors for several reasons (sales, service, administration, excellent waiting area and coffee when I wait for my car to be serviced) , OSCAR Garza is THE reason I continue to purchase cars at Bronco Motors. I was lucky to have Oscar come over to me while I was looking at Ioniqs in the Bronco Motors lot five years ago.

Oscar is not pushy (yay!). He is so knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. Oscar not only fully answered my questions, but amplified his response with impressive background information and features.

Just as important, Oscar is easy to trust and like right away. He kept in touch with me over those five years to see how i was doing, and how I was getting along with my 2018 Ioniq. When Randy, Service Manager, reminded me my five-year bumper-to-bumper warranty expired in a few months, i immediately went over to Sales to find Oscar.

Oscar leveled with me about the available Hyundais in light of affordability. I trusted him not to sugar-coat things or sell me something more than I wanted/.needed.

I decided to purchase a 2023 Venue. Oscar spoke about all the Venue ‘s features and quirks (.e.g., I’d not have the fancy extras in my Ioniq). He helped me take the next steps Re. trade-in value, Venue availability, and financing.

Oscar is a shining example of service after the sale. I feel fortunate that I have such a strong advocate in the Sales department at Bronco Motors. I highly recommend Bronco Motors and Oscar Garza to you.

Looking for a car with Hyundai West
The experience I had at Hyundai west was amazing. My sales man, James Dorman was especially helpful. I wanted very specific colors for the outside and the inside of the car and we found one that fit both while still being affordable! Dishonest service person
I brought my 2018 Santa Fe in for servicing on 6/22/22 for an oil change and $325 transmission service which was recommended last servicing. After the previous oil change oil leaked from the engine. When I returned one of the manager's issued a gift certificate for Transmission drain/flush/fill service with a retail value of $325. However, when I filled out the form on-line for service I copies the verbiage from the certificate as drain and fill. The lady that processed the service dishonestly wrote, "Customer requests transmission drain and fill" she did not clarify at any point in time she input a lesser service, rather than the drain/flush/fill valued at $325 she did not include the flushing on the transmission. Rather than taking 3 hours for all the work it took a little over an hour. The car was not washed either, nor did she ask me if I didn't want a wash. I didn't realize until later she had cheated me. The last two visits at your service department have been very disappointing. How do you propose to fix this?

Me and my Rogue
In March I started looking for a new vehicle, I met Braden Talbot at Bronco Motors Nissan. Braden is great. He was so helpful and not pushy at all. I set up to buy a car that was being made when a BN Rogue Sport came in, perfect for what I wanted and Braden gave me a call (a bit early in the morning ? js) actually I’m glad he called early because right now, new cars sell very fast. I am very happy with my Rogue and I feel safe in it. Braden Talbot is a lovely person and I appreciate his help and dedication very much. Everyone at the dealership was outstanding.

Work was done in a timely manner and returned fairly quickly, My hats off to Grant owner of Bronco Motors, He really went out of his way to help me since I was from out of State and they actually didn’t take my service contract, but Grant went out of his way to make sure I got taken care of , my hats off to you Grant you made our Day Thank you and God Bless

Five Stars to my Service advisor and parts department
- When sitting in the waiting room for my car to be serviced- it is always great when the service advisor comes out to clarify something with me and when I was at the parts store- like a VIP!!
- Some might feel that the dealership might be expensive.... Well I look at it differently...
1) All parts and services have a range for cost and quality.
2) Dealers, OEM, and not OEM- I find you get what you paid for.
3) I do not mind paying retail over wholesale when I am treated the best- VIP at Bronco Motors- Boise, Idaho and their service is always right on. It is like paying a tip for all- to reward and make sure they stay in business.
4) If the lowest bargain price from others is about 75% or closer to the Dealers' OEM- I will always buy Broncos Motors service!! And, if it a critical part of my car, I always go to them for my service.
5) I only want to do each service once and on time. And it is like a warranty going to the dealership and I know that they will make it right and/ or until it is!

Five Stars to you Bronco Motors- Boise, ID!
A big five stars to the parts store this time and he was very helpful and professional- an ideal staff member. Also, the other time he helped me months ago!!

I have not taken my car to anyone else, except Hyundai Bronco Motors- Boise, Idaho (well over 12 years and counting)!

My Service advisor went out of his way to help me with my oil change. inspection, keeping me informed, and with an issue I was (he corrected it for me) having with my car.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Here are the comments I left with Bronco Motors on Fairview, Boise, Idaho.

I want to start out with the good part, the personnel. I really like the people there in the service department. They are kind, attentive, helpful, just pleasant to be around. The workmanship on the repair has perfect as far as I can tell.

The facility there is top notch in appearance. The new waiting area is large and comfortable. I do miss the seating by the service check-in though. It was suggested that I wait in the waiting area. I said as long as you come get me when things are done. When they did, I was told that they had been ready for a while, just didn't know where I was. Huh? I was sitting where I was told to sit.

I was told that the vehicle would be washed. I asked them not to do that as I had just had the vehicle detailed. They washed it anyway and smeared the windows. Please learn to listen to your customers.

The vehicle return was pathetic. In the 5 minutes between parking my vehicle and when I finished signing the paperwork to pick it up, they lost my key fob. Really? After a half hour of searching they ended up making me a new one. But it did not have the actual key that comes inside the fob. That was cut and delivered to my home later that night. I give special kudos and thanks to the person that delivered it.

Your check-in process is pathetic. I have called on multiple occasions, transferred to the service department and then get hung up on. When I finally to get someone, it is always a recording asking me to leave a message for a call back that sometimes happens. The only way to guarantee attention is to go there in person.

The whole issue was a seat belt problem that was identified last December. They had trouble finding one but did in Atlanta, Georgia. I was told that they would notify me when it got in so that I could have it replaced as soon as possible, being a safety issue. After over a month I called in and was told it was there. Since I had not received a call I asked when it had arrived. I was told two weeks earlier. What happened to my phone call? I made an appointment, which was set 3 weeks out because they were busy.

I dropped my vehicle off the day before and was told to enter my name, phone number, and sign a key drop-off form, that nothing else was needed. After doing that I asked the clerk if he would check to make sure I was on the schedule for the seat-belt replacement the next day. He confirmed on his laptop that I was schedule for the repair and said it would surely be done by noon. I left but about 10 minutes later I received a call from Grant Peterson asking me why I had dropped off my vehicle's key, that I hadn't filled anything else out. He didn't know which vehicle was mine. Now I've sure if you looked up my appointment it would have noted what vehicle was mine and what work was being done. But I gave him the vehicle type, color, and license #, along with the background story about the seat belt. So as you can see from my experiences with your scheduling and check-in services, it leaves a lot to be desired.

In brief, scheduling sucks, personnel are great, service facility is pretty good, repair work is great, vehicle return (in this case) certainly needs improvement.

Why not have parts available?
Don’t expect recall work to be done when you initially take vehicle in even if you set it up on line to do recall. They have to look at vehicle to determine if it is necessary first.

Overall, Bronco Motors Hyundai in downtown Boise is great! The service writer Derek does a great job he keeps you informed and is all about customer service. The repairs were done timely and done to my satisfaction.
