Slipped through the cracks, or don’t really care?
It has been over a month since I took my 2013 Santa Fe in for service and repair of the seat trim. The service rep, Jacob, assured me that the clips to repair my seats would be there in about a week. Two weeks later I called and the phone operator stated that they would send him an email and for him to get back with me. No calls, texts, or emails came. Called back a week later, same story. Now after a full month I called and got the same answer. I am very disappointed that they can’t give me an answer, as to why this situation has occurred and hasn’t been addressed after multiple calls over a months time.

They were very efficient and Ashley was the best to work with. I would highly recommend this Hyundai dealership
They gave us our free oil change and service on our new Santa Cruz. Cooper Hyundai would not honor our free oil change. We had bought our new Santa Cruz from what was Auto Max.

So helpful in buying my new car
I went up to Bob Hyundai on February 29. 2024 to look at a teal hyundai. When I got there, they had the teal hyundai ready for me to test drive, as well as brought up a red one in case the teal one wasnt the right car for me. I ended up LOVING the red hyundai. Everyone that helped was honest, patient, and overall, absolutely great. They stuck to the prices we agreed upon, and they did their best to make this car buying experience great. They made sure all questions were answered. I left there with a new car and extremely happy with the service they provided. I will definitely remember them for the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle

Hyundai Sante fe
Recently about in August they told me I needed a drivers side inner drivers front axle the price $658.05 so I had appointment 10-2-23 to replace it and they say we're out of stock and didn't quate me right price now they are saying $1069.89 so I was up set not going to have them to do any work. Bob Howard hyundai is a fraud and I've only had this car 1 year and already gotta spend money. Do not buy car from here or have repairs done complete rip off

Bait and Switch
At the time we bought our car, on the official Bob Howard Hyundai website, there was a used vehicle for $17,000. I called and scheduled a test drive. We went to our scheduled time, test drove a car, everything went great, when it was time to do paperwork they said it would 10,000 more than what the website said. When we questioned why the price change from the website, we were told that the vehicle we were supposed to test drive was sold the night before. My husband told the woman she should have mentioned that before we test drove this other car that was almost identical (the one on the website was not AWD and the one we test drove was). We he asked to speak to management, he was told by management that the car was sold 2 days before. Upset and frustrated with the deception we received, we left.
Since the dealership employees told us two different days of when the car on the website was sold, we decided to check their website again to see if the $17,000 car was still available on the website. It was. My husband call the number to set up a test drive. Someone answered and set up a test drive for that car (the $17,000 one that we were told an hour earlier was sold 1 to 2 days ago).
The deception that went on there is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I never expected to be part of a bait and switch when shopping with a dealership but that’s exactly what happened.

Lack of attention to my car
On July 19, 2023, I took my 2020 Palisade in for service, after making an appointment. The problem was all of a sudden with only 25,000 miles, my car started bouncing me around as I was driving like I was on a trampoline. After 2 days of hearing nothing from the service department other than stating it was in line for diagnostics, but it would be the end of next week before it would be looked at. I decided I would get my car today since I need it to get to work. I don't understand about the lack of caring when I picked up the car. I asked for the service manager's card and they didn't have one. They didn't seem to care or ask why I was picking up my car.

I recently had my oil changed in my 2012 Hyundai Accent. The Service Representative, Eric Hypes, was very friendly, reasonable and fair with the service that was done on my car. He is a great
person to work with, and is very conscientious about helping his customers. I would recommend him

I got raped
I paid 25% the price of a new car in fees. A $3,846 “service center fee” being the main one. Also they included that in my loan so I am paying interest on made up fees.

Tucson 2011
Today a new nightmare begins at Bob Hyundai in Oklahoma. I just left my vehicle after 7 months when it was held for no reason and without anyone giving me an explanation. I took it because after all that time they returned it to me with damaged windows (I imagine because it was standing for so long) the a/c doesn't work for the same reason, crashed, they broke the Bluetooth and stole several of my belongings, they told me that they did not have cameras and that they did not know who stole from me. I hope God helps me this time since no one else has done it.

Dishonest General Manager
Less than 48 hrs. after we bought a car at this dealership, the check engine light comes on. I understand we bought the car “as is”. However it is just wrong to sell a car that is such poor quality. I posted a poor review on Google and the GM, Jeremy Cook, responded asking us to contact him via his email so he could help. My husband and I emailed him 5 times over 6 business days. He’s had plenty of time to respond back. BUT HE HAS NOT RESPONDED. Obviously this place has a LEADER that PRETENDED to be concerned for the PUBLIC by answering my review, but has IGNORED the actual customer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Dishonest Service Director???
Initial Review was made on January 24th, 2022 (below) for which I gave a 2-star rating:

"Brought my car to your service department for a recall (trunk latch) and an oil/filter change on Monday, January 17th, 2022. I also asked to please check the air pressure in my tires. Now, I'm not even sure if you actually changed my oil/filter OR repaired the trunk latch. I received your so-called "green light" inspection on my car, INCLUDING A GREEN LIGHT ON ALL 4 OF MY TIRES, via email while they still had my car. Yet only 3 days after my visit (with my car in the garage the entire 3 days after driving home from your dealership), my front two tires only had 28 psi, the back left had 32 and the back right was down to 27 (which triggered an alert which, of course, didn't disappear until I had to find someone to air ALL 4 TIRES UP). Isn't it odd that I received that so-called "green light" on all 4 tires on Monday, January 17th but when I drove my car again only 3 days later (Thursday, January 20th), the tire pressure was below the normal psi in 3 of the tires. WTH???"

Fast forward to approximately on or about January 27th, 2022: The Bob Howard Hyundai service director by the name of "Albert J" contacted me via phone concerning my complaint, and seemed more concerned about the 2-star rating than the lousy tire service one of their customers received...namely me (he called twice in two days and left a message on my voice mail). He relayed to me that he would "compensate" me for a particular amount for the bad service I had received concerning my tires if I would "re-rate" my 2-star rating with 5 stars, which I did with a short explanation. As of this date (April 4th, 2022), I have received exactly ZERO compensation. If I didn't know any better, I might allege this is a "possible" scam, fraud or bribe committed by said service director directly at this customer. ???
