Quick and effective!
I was able to get in the business day after I made the appointment. Check in was swift and effective, with all of my details on hand even though I’ve never been to the dealership. They took exactly the amount of time they told me they would or perhaps a little bit less. Completed the expected service and also an additional one I had requested.

Service was friendly and efficient. Visited with Al Lopez and Darin Archer, salespeople, about getting a new Tucson. Great dealership.
I will not shop for a new car other than Hyundai and I will only shop for new Hyundais at Hyundai of Yakima and my salespeople will be either or both Al and Darin.

Oil Change
I arrived early & thought I would have to wait a much longer time than I did to have my oil changed. But I was very surprised to get my car back within a very short time. Awesome! The price for an oil change is high but what isn't pricy now. At least the service was great!

Better than expected.
I had contacted the service department in June of 2021 about the service of the recall and they said they would get back to me when the parts became available. They never called, so I decided to go to the service department and find out when They would have the parts in, that was in January 2022 !
