Almost there

Not so happy with climate control system, my 2017 Santa Fe was much better at regulating the temperature. Very annoying. Yes, I’ve read and understood the manual. Other wise I think so far I love everything about it!

I love my Tucson except for>>>

I love my Tucson Hybrid except for the the so called safety features which frequently tell me to take a break and especially the one that monitors my face position and will slow to a stop which is actually a dangerous feature more than one that helps. It has done that while driving 3-4 times in heavy traffic and almost caused an accident. The other features I really like. My apple carplay stopped working about a month ago and I called the dealer and they said I needed to bring it in, but I live 2 hours away from a dealer so it will have to wait. But overall I love it and my I get 35.3 miles /gal which I love and it handles well. I"ve received good service at the dealer when I bring it in for 5000 mile service and they are fast which I appreciate.

Really like my vehicle. The gas mileage after 5k miles hasn’t hit its peak for a hybrid but I think it’s because I do mostly highway miles. Tons of options and the technology is superior to anything else I looked at. I wish there were more options to personalize the Home Screen especially to view more info with Media (SiriusXM). Overall an excellent experience.

Love this car!

This is our 6th Hyundai and 2nd Tucson, the other being a 22, this one is more comfortable and solid. It has quick response and is a pleasure to drive for my hour and a half commute. Love that it's a hybrid and I am saving on gas. I have noticed over 40 mpg on some trips. This is a great car!

We need to use of the EV portion of the vehicle at lower speeds to start out rather than rarely going into EV mode

Great 4 Person Hybrid SUV

Great driving, gas mileage, comfort-- overall a great hybrid. Only small nit-- no different car keys-- so the car does not automatically recognize who is getting in to drive (e.g., to set seat position). With the top package, it compares great to CRV and Rav4 -- cheaper and better warranty. That's why I chose it.

3 months and still learning

The Tucson seems to be made very well as the cabin is quiet and everything on it works as advertised ( designed). I only have 3 thousand miles on it at this point and am a bit dissapointe in the MPG as consumers said it would be a honest 35 MPG. around town it will hit 35 but n the interstate it is closer to 30. One design flaw I believe could be fixed, is the fact that the car can't be locked with either of the keys in the car. If you are traveling, your wife will have her key in her purse, you will be driving with your key. If you stop for something and she leaves her purse in the car, you can't lock the car to go into a restaurant.. So she has to carry the key with her when she really would prefer to not do that. We have received at least one software update and the worked seemly - a good design. Electric folding mirrors would have been nice but I understand that is more $'s

Extremely disappointed!!!

We traded in our 22 Tucson expecting a better experience only to find out that we lost features and had problem with the lane safety and speed limit assist features that we did NOT have with our 22 model. The lane keeper would pull you off the road to the right, or across the db line into traffic if you would let it. The speed limit assist lost the ability to keep the posted speed limit display current on the dash icon; it goes out 20 seconds after the cameras see the speed limit sign and it no longer displays the speed limit, therefore no longer knows if you are over the speed limit. THE 22 DID NOT DO THAT! Apparently you now need the factory nav system to provide additional satellite speed limit info for that display. THE 22 DID NOT DO THAT! The seats are not as comfortable ans the 22 was, lumbar not in the right spot. Also lost the turn yellow signal indicators in the mirrors, with seemingly the same package (SEL). Overall, VERY DISSAPOINTED with the vehicle. Service department replaced the satellite antennae to "supposedly fix" the speed limit assist problems, IT DID NOT FIX IT! Service department keep the car a week to work on the lane assist issue(s), and after initially being told there were no windshield camera adjustments or calibration, factory tech assistance had them do a "hidden" camera adjustment. The lane assist feature was somewhat improved, but compared to the 22 we traded in, it was not really that much better. I would gladly have Hyundai take the vehicle back, refund our purchase, and have our old Tuscon back, but don't expect that would happen. We were VERY SATISFIED with our 22, and really just expected engineering, software, and features to be better the 25 than what we had. My ratings below are as compared to our 22 model... Okay, we DID gain a self-lifting rear hatch over the 25, and we DID like the improved dash design.
