I chose to buy the Tuscon and end my 30+ year run of owning Hondas.

I chose the Tuscon Hybrid over the CRV Hybrid because it offered a better value for comparable trim levels. It was also larger inside and had features that the CRV didn't. I have never second guessed that decision.

My Review

Very happy with the vehicle. On occasion the GPS doesn’t work as well as it should, difficult stating up. Not happy with what I have to do to lift the wiper blades to clean them off, should just be able to lift them. Also access to unlocking the driver door manually is a real problem, you need a better design.

Perfect for a retired couple like us. Performance, Ecomomy and Luxury!

Traded in my Wife's 2017 Buick Enclave. This Car checks all the boxes. I think it drives and rides smoother and quieter than the Buick! I love taking it on road trips. The adaptive cruise control, The Lane assist and Lane keep features were all very unexpected, but sooo nice. we are very satisfied with our purchase!

Hyundai 3 years experience

The gear shifting was not getting any better with the number of miles, I thought over time the gear shifts easily but even after 3 years and several services, my vehicle struggles to shift from gears 2-3 and 3-4 and pretty much operates on gear 3 for plain roads, don’t know why, did not ever experienced with any other car makers. Also sometimes the cabin air outlets malforms, one outlets cool air while other outlets hot air even though they are in sink. When I reported the same to the dealers during service they always says it is working fine and me with no idea have to live with this.

You get what you pay for.

We use to love this Brand as so much we have 6 over the last 5 years. The last 2 were just garbage. The dealership was arrogant and not willing to stand behind their own product. Seat belts that dont unlatch! some on guys I refuse to take my Grandkids in the Tucson even though that is why we bought I shuffle them around in my Lexus instead. Not faith! Had grandkids 1.5 hours away from nearest dealer. AC just goes out with two Kids in the car 103 degrees out. Used bottled water and rags to keep them cool till I could get home. Then Husband had to drive 2 hours to the dealership. What a joke. And I was taking this Survey I'm getting an oil change and just informed I have a leak coming from my Motor. Oh, My heck what next Hyundai Splashes low rates 0 percent to get you in these things. But man, are you in for a ride. From the minute you buy till the minute you get rid of it. Paid over 40 thousand for the car. Six months later it was worth 25000 dollars with 7000 miles. If that doesn't tell you something. They don't want their own cars back.

Vehicle is great except for load noise when backing up. Most other brands make less noise. The owner should be able to adjust the volume for this. Fewer buttons would also be nice.

Don’t buy!

We have had this vehicle in the shop several times… at least 8. Smooth car. Just aggregating to have to take it to the shop so often. Partly the car partly the shop. Can’t seem to fix the problem permanently. Taken it back for the same two problems multiple times.

Great vehicle

Love the Hyundai Tucson hybrid. I don’t like the back up sound the vehicle makes as it sounds like a fork lift. The screen for the Pplepkay seems to works differently every time I link it up. Very confusing. The other comment is the the right rear shock absorber had to be replaced at 15,000 miles and to top it off, the dealer didn’t have any in stock. Had to wait several days and had to drive an unsafe vehicle.
