Good quality overall. Best bang for your buck for a luxury combo

Overall, the car is nice. It drives straight. The calligraphy has wonderful technology package. The sound system is okay but could be improved. The driver forward focus alarm is obnoxious and does NOT work with polarized sun glasses which is frustrating. The steering assist is nice but the alarm to put your hands on the wheel is annoying because you already have them on the wheel and it doesn't recognize it unless there is a change in pressure. It does NOT get 28 MPG on the highway as advertised. 24.5-25.0 is more appropriate. Wireless chargers are okay but do not charge fast at all and get the phone hot so it stops charging. The rest is good. Plenty of power and tech.

It's my wife's car... I'm guessing

Counterintuitive, very underwhelming

This car takes the driver out of the equation, frankly making it more unsafe to drive. It’s bossy, constantly acting like it’s the one driving, not the actual driver, which in my opinion makes it less safe to drive.

fuel consumption and panel board.

The gauge of the fuel indicator is not correct. For example, if the consumption indicator shows that the fuel is good for 300 miles, and you drove 20 miles, the indicator shows that the fuel is good for 260 miles. Also, the panel board doesn't show the light, when any function is on, it is very dim and cannot be seen clearly.

Holy Faith

In Spanish Santa De means Holy Faith. Has a Range Rover look, and great ride. Cabin is relaxing with large dash monitor. Very roomy and seats seven. Nice CD safety feature suite.

This is my 5th Hyundai vehicle and the 1st I have complaints about.

I have purchased Hyundai vehicles 5 times in the last 20 years. Usually I feel that I got a lot of value for my money and the vehicles were well thought out and finished. The Santa Fe has several problems that I have noticed and probably more I haven't yet. 1. I have never had a vehicle in which the backup camera lens was so frequently blocked by rain, snow or even dust. The placement with no weather protection means you can't see out of your backup camera just when you need it most. I'm not talking about the software that is a recall with no solution yet, just poor engineering and testing. 2. Very few passengers can fasten their seatbelts without help, all ages and sizes. They are especially hard to latch for folks wearing winter coats or other bulky dress, but even in summer I often have to fasten seatbelts for my passengers.

Attractive car, runs well, good value

The car is attractive, has good power, great warranty and we got it at a good price. A minimal complaint is the safety belts are difficult to plugin due to the connector being down inside the seats too much. I have had to buckle in my elderly mother and kids numerous times as they couldn't do it.

Major 2025 Santa Fe irritations

I would consider my 2025 a 5 star if two major irratations could be corrected. 1. front passenger "somewhere" around door a "clicking sound" that cannnot be found (my 2020 Santa Fe has the same EXCEPT not as loud. 2. The driver convience reminder "Time for a Coffee Break". This is a MAJOR deal breaker. Planning to buy a new vehicle when I return Florida NOT A Hyundai!!

I do not recommend

I would not recommend purchasing this vehicle. In less than a year of ownership, I have already been without the car for more than 80 days. It has had defects in: - Tyre pressure monitoring system (problematic sensors) - Attention awareness system (it requires me to look ahead while driving). - Lane assist system (unstable). The air conditioning system sometimes cools one side and sometimes the other. The key batteries have needed to be replaced twice.
