Very bad attitude of sale manager.
We are Buying a car from your shop. Your sales people like Todd and Gino are great, however your sales manager is NOT. Bad attitude, very poor attention to detail. My car was delayed a lot, I made two trips to deliver ship only for him to tell me it would be ready in 40 minutes. When I asked him to call me when it was done he refused and told me to just come in, it will be done in 40 minutes.
With a lot full of cars you may consider getting a better manager.

Solid, Responsive, and Considerate Customer Support
On my way home from the gym, after making a stop, I experienced a dead battery on my 19,000+ mile Kona EV. I was in Oak View where I had the battery jump started, and headed nonstop to the Service Dept in Oxnard----not a trip I ever expected to make that or any other day. I was still in my gym clothes. At the service dept. I explained what happened to customer service rep Rolando Reyes, who told me that because they were a bit shorthanded and it was time--I would have a fair wait ahead of me. I asked him if there was anyplace I could buy some food for lunch---and he offered to drive me to a closeby Subway to buy food for lunch. His going out of his way and giving up part of his lunch hour to help me out this way was a very special example of above and beyond customer service extraordinaire!...And after the battery was tested and ultimately failed service manager J.J. Delgado authorized installation of a new battery, and I was finally able to drive home to Ojai. So thanks to Rolando and J.J. what could have turned to have been a total ordeal---was resolved with courtesy, efficiency AND kindness! These are really good guys!

Never disappoints.
Diane is my service writer and I request her because she takes time to listen to any questions I have. When the service is completed she again takes time to explain what was done and if there is any future service needed. I also want to mention J.J. Delgado, I come to Alexander dealership because I trust him and know he will always be honest and also answers any questions I have. I drive from Thousand Oaks, even with todays gas prices because nothing is more important than being able to trust the dealership you bring your car to. I also want to thank the mechanics I never get to meet but always take good care of my car. I have never had a bad experience there and I've been coming for a long time. Thanks again

I was the only one waiting and no one checked me in for quite some time. The dealership had my car for too long. I was rushed to check out and did not get an estimate I had requested.

Awesome service!
Ron was great to work with! He took the time to explain all the services my car needed and why they were needed, which was very helpful as a young adult just getting familiar with car servicing. He even offered me a discount.

I would definitely come back. He was personable, efficient, and knowledgeable.
