Tire change

The tires sales was a good savings. I have scheduled the appointment online, but when I arrived, I wasn't on the schedule. I had the confirmation email. The service rep made sure that I had my tires change based on the online scheduled time. He said that this happens often, so the online system doesn't seem to work properly. Thank you for the flexibility to honor the booking. Else, everything was done as planned.

Regret ever trading for this

I was over charged and scammed, I asked within 3 days if I could change back and was told no. Then at under 9,000 miles the electrial started having issues. Tried the lemon law!!

This vehicle has everything we were looking for like a useable third row of seats, enough power to pull a fishing boat, and a trim level with leather seats and a rear bench not captain chairs. The only downside is the dual clutch transmission at low speed. It’s very sketchy and never feels like it’s in gear. We’ll see how it holds up.

Luxury without the price tag

The Santa Fe Limited has all the bells and whistles you could NEED for a car/truck. Hyundai really takes the cake for me because they provide quality vehicles at a reasonable price. I loved my ‘24 Limited so much that I recently upgraded to the ‘27 Calligraphy Hybrid as a birthday gift to myself.

Lemon!!!!

I purchased this brand new, hot off the lot March 2024 and I've regretted it ever since then. My car has almost killed us on I-10 when the whole system shut down with an 18 wheeler barreling straight for us. The whole electrical system has completely tured off while driving, the dashboard went into a "static mode" like the old antenna TV's then went black, there's an electrical problem with my vehicle that they can't find and flx, leaving us to drive an unsafe vehicle at night with no lights on, woke up one morning to tale my husband for surgery arms the car wouldn't speak at all and the worst part, it completely locked me inside and my husband couldn't get me out, he almost busted the window to retrieve me. Our car has been in the shop more than i can drive it, the past 4 months i might've drove it 1 week, the rest of the time it's been in the shop, just like now. but yet they want that monthly pavement. This is just, a little taste, of what we've had to endure and all in along from hyundai is to buy ball this lemon and put us in a safe car. After 2.5 years, they are still not worried about our safety.

Still love my 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe

Now 2 1/2 years after picking up my Santa Fee, it looks like brand new. Regular washing and care keep it looking new. Runs smoothly, continues to get great gas mileage and the ride is great.
