Great vehicle

This vehicle is a great one. Rides very smooth. Not a noisy ride. It has great safety features. The cargo area is very spacious while still allowing for plenty of leg room for passengers. An overall great ride.

Good Vehicle

I bought this car new to replace a 2020 Santa Fe Limited totaled in an accident. When the accident with the 2020 occurred, Hyundai Blue Link contacted me within five seconds to ask if I need EMS, Fire, or Law Enforcement. That convinced me to buy another Santa Fe. The only thing I don't like is the push button shifter. I would prefer a regular shift lever.

It’s one of the best driving and riding vehicles I have owned.

Only thing I would change would add a front parking camera. It would be very helpful in parking your car. Also electric seat for the passenger side Would be very helpful in getting seat in a good seeing height.

QUALITY BUILD ISSUES.

THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AT 13020 MILES. RELACED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. WITHOUT VEHICLE FOR 12 OR SO DAYS. AT 5920 MILES, THE ROCKER ARM COVER GASKET REQUIRED CHANGING. HAD OIL ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE. FACTORY DEFECT.

Love my Hyundai Santa Fe

I do love it. Although there's a couple things not working on it and they didn't fix it at my last auto maintenance visit. The front passenger door doesn't lock when I try to lock it. It takes a couple tries to get the cell phone to work when making a call; it never works on the first attempt, but if you call right back it does usually work. It sometimes doesn't shut completely off when I push the button.

Great - I went from luxury brands to Hyundai. Very pleased with my car. (Having to write a minimum of two hundred words is not necessary, needed and shouldn’t be required to submit a survey. So I text useless verbiage to accommodate the requirement.)

Really 4.8 but I rounded up. Nice driving, smooth ride

Navigation is mediocre, not interactive ... I use Waze on my phone ... Had to change out radio/media screen thru dealership ... but mechanically sound, way prettier than new model & I would buy it again.

Horrible experience with the 23’ Santa Fe.

After leasing my 2023 Santa Fe in April of 2023, the check engine light came on driving it off the lot. Little did I know then, this would be a two nightmare. I had a total of probably 10+ loaner vehicles with in this 2 year range of time. The heat would not work past 40mph, the engine temp gage was always at zero, and the vehicle thought it was periodically over heating. The dealership kept replacing parts but nothing was fixed. The longest time I had a loaner vehicle was almost 5 months in one stretch. Second longest time was almost 4 months. Then there was about 8 different times it was in for service for about 6-8 weeks at a time. Thankfully, I was able to get rid of it and buy a Telluride this week. I will never ever purchase a Hyundai again. Also, I did have a case open about it with Hyundai customer care. The most they offered us was one month lease payment reimbursement. It was egregious. Also, we have 3 young children in car seats, and a few of the times they gave me a small Santa Cruz truck. As you can imagine that’s a tight fit for a family of 5. Finally my last loaner I had was a palisade. They switched me from a Santa Cruz to a palisade because I think at that point the dealership just had pity on my situation. I will forever steer clear of all Hyundai products. I maybe drove my 23 Santa Fe for a total of 6 months in this past two year span. It was an awful experience.

Nice car

I wish you could use a seat cushion on the passenger seat and still have passenger air bag on. I have several people at the dealership just something could be done and nobody seem to wanna find a way to help.

Full if features, super comfortable

From the Harman Kardon sound system to the fantastic fuel economy there is a lot to love about this car. Sport mode giv s it the extra kick when you want it as well. Beautiful design with nice rims and smooth ride.

Much too complicated for anyone over 60

To change anything, radio, carplay, cruise control, etc. you have to take your eyes off the road and look, really look for the correct feature. It's scary. The headlights don't project far enough ahead so I am concerned about driving at night. The entire digital dashboard is so complicated that I couldn't even figure out how to increase the volume on the navigation system. I had to Google the information. I've had two other Hyundai Santa Fe's and loved them which is the reason I purchased another one. I am so disappointed in this vehicle that, after a year, I'm ready to trade it in for a Toyota.

Quiet, smooth, great fuel economy

For its price, it's a great combination of quiet, smooth, practical, and comfortable. The transmission is frustrating and jerky. Interior quality is really good as are features and usability. Factory warranty was a really big factor in choosing this over other competitors

It is a great car.

I like driving my Hyundi on short and long trips. It responds well to pass. Its breaking system is great. It seems to get good milage, I really don't check. My only complanit is the seat belt buckle could be a little higher out of the seat, it would make it easier to clip in. it could use more cup holders.

Hybrid version is an excellent all purpose vehicle

I have the base turbo hybrid model. It comes standard with a comprehensive set of features including driver assist safety equipment and navigation. Acceleration is much better than most hybrids. I like that it is the size of a 3 row SUV but with only 2 rows so there is ample back seat and cargo room.

2023 Hyundai Santa Fe 2.5 liter front wheel drive

I love my car however I hate my plastic front grill and would appreciate help with locating an after market custom stainless (like a Billet) front grille for my 2023 Santa Fe. I have looked high and low and can't seem to find anyone who makes one for my car. My high school buddy Steve Hickman which I just learned worked for 36 years for Hyundai and recently retired as a Regional Service Manager for Hyundai in New Jersey. Very comfortable, quiet, fun-to-drive vehicle, with great technology.

Aside from review title above, biggest disappointment is the 1-2 second delay experienced when stepping on gas pedal immediately after a stop. This appears to be a characteristic of the hybrid model, and others have reported it online. Dealer says it is normal operation, but my experience with other hybrid auto brands indicates this is only Hyundai/Kia hybrid characteristic.

It’s a vehicle.

It does what it needs to do. It’s comfortable for the family to ride in. I think my disappointment is mostly that the last PHEV I had was way more efficient and I had more control over when the EV could be used.
