Excellent driving machine.

This is one of the best cars Hyundai has made. Love this vehicle a lot. Driving experience is very smooth. Packed with top of the line features. Vehicle is very spacious, fits 5 people easily. Boot space is also huge.

Out of all the Hyundai’s I owned and leased this vehicle is disappointing and gives the most problems and trouble. Had a Santa Fe in the past and not one problem. Also owned sonatas and elantras, also not problems . This Santa else is the worst

Overall good with a few annoying features

Quiet, comfortable, good tech overall, right sized for my family of three. Some annoying features are detailed below. Safety features are pretty good. Tech features and entertainment are mostly good.

Tech is slow

When changing gears you have to make sure it changes. The push button is sluggish. The tech is so slow. Car locks and unlocks and locks again. When you are close with the fob. So annoying Nice lane change safety features

I enjoy my 2023 Santa Fe. I love the style and all it's features. This is actually my second time purchasing a Santa Fe. It provides a smooth ride and is just the right size for my daily needs. I would recommend this vehicle.

I like the accessibility to the various functions while doing so.

I like everything about it. That being said, if I had to pick something that could be improved, it would be the hooking up of my phone’s gps system to the car. I don’t know if that’s possible, but I suggest looking into it.

Good Vehicle

I bought this car new to replace a 2020 Santa Fe Limited totaled in an accident. When the accident with the 2020 occurred, Hyundai Blue Link contacted me within five seconds to ask if I need EMS, Fire, or Law Enforcement. That convinced me to buy another Santa Fe. The only thing I don't like is the push button shifter. I would prefer a regular shift lever.

It’s one of the best driving and riding vehicles I have owned.

Only thing I would change would add a front parking camera. It would be very helpful in parking your car. Also electric seat for the passenger side Would be very helpful in getting seat in a good seeing height.

QUALITY BUILD ISSUES.

THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AT 13020 MILES. RELACED UNDER FACTORY WARRANTY. WITHOUT VEHICLE FOR 12 OR SO DAYS. AT 5920 MILES, THE ROCKER ARM COVER GASKET REQUIRED CHANGING. HAD OIL ALL OVER THE FRONT OF THE ENGINE. FACTORY DEFECT.

Love my Hyundai Santa Fe

I do love it. Although there's a couple things not working on it and they didn't fix it at my last auto maintenance visit. The front passenger door doesn't lock when I try to lock it. It takes a couple tries to get the cell phone to work when making a call; it never works on the first attempt, but if you call right back it does usually work. It sometimes doesn't shut completely off when I push the button.

Navigation is mediocre, not interactive ... I use Waze on my phone ... Had to change out radio/media screen thru dealership ... but mechanically sound, way prettier than new model & I would buy it again.

Horrible experience with the 23’ Santa Fe.

After leasing my 2023 Santa Fe in April of 2023, the check engine light came on driving it off the lot. Little did I know then, this would be a two nightmare. I had a total of probably 10+ loaner vehicles with in this 2 year range of time. The heat would not work past 40mph, the engine temp gage was always at zero, and the vehicle thought it was periodically over heating. The dealership kept replacing parts but nothing was fixed. The longest time I had a loaner vehicle was almost 5 months in one stretch. Second longest time was almost 4 months. Then there was about 8 different times it was in for service for about 6-8 weeks at a time. Thankfully, I was able to get rid of it and buy a Telluride this week. I will never ever purchase a Hyundai again. Also, I did have a case open about it with Hyundai customer care. The most they offered us was one month lease payment reimbursement. It was egregious. Also, we have 3 young children in car seats, and a few of the times they gave me a small Santa Cruz truck. As you can imagine that’s a tight fit for a family of 5. Finally my last loaner I had was a palisade. They switched me from a Santa Cruz to a palisade because I think at that point the dealership just had pity on my situation. I will forever steer clear of all Hyundai products. I maybe drove my 23 Santa Fe for a total of 6 months in this past two year span. It was an awful experience.

Nice car

I wish you could use a seat cushion on the passenger seat and still have passenger air bag on. I have several people at the dealership just something could be done and nobody seem to wanna find a way to help.

Full if features, super comfortable

From the Harman Kardon sound system to the fantastic fuel economy there is a lot to love about this car. Sport mode giv s it the extra kick when you want it as well. Beautiful design with nice rims and smooth ride.

Much too complicated for anyone over 60

To change anything, radio, carplay, cruise control, etc. you have to take your eyes off the road and look, really look for the correct feature. It's scary. The headlights don't project far enough ahead so I am concerned about driving at night. The entire digital dashboard is so complicated that I couldn't even figure out how to increase the volume on the navigation system. I had to Google the information. I've had two other Hyundai Santa Fe's and loved them which is the reason I purchased another one. I am so disappointed in this vehicle that, after a year, I'm ready to trade it in for a Toyota.
