Great Suv

I am a satisfied customer.The warranty was a big purchasing point. Would buy a new one if I can afford one. I do not like the new design and do not have a use for 3rd row seating. May look for a low mileage 2023 if I can locate one.

EXCELLENT SUV

Have had 5 Santa Fe's and loved all of them. Best Warranty in the USA. If other company's vehicle's were so great, why do they still have the 3 year, 36,000 mile crap and the 5 year 60,000 mile powertrain. Hyundai gives you 5 years 60,000 and 10 year 100,000 miles on the powertrain. They sure as hell wouldn't give you that kind of warranty if they were losing money. They also give you 5 years of roadside assistance besides some free oil changes.

1st time owning a new vehicle and a Hyundai Santa Fe Se and I'm sold!!

I love everything about my Santa Fe! Possibly the best vehicle I've ever owned! It's only an SE model but I'm 100% satisfied with mine. This being my 1st new vehicle I've bought makes me not feel regret.

I am well pleased with this purchase.

Firstly, the vehicle has several features found on more expensive brands and has a reasonable sticker price. However, I would like to see a better quality tire come with the new vehicle as 30k miles is really short for tread life. I also had to replace my horn as well @ approx 35k miles. The car is sporty and comfortable, but the fuel mileage is low for the class at approx 21 MPG average.

Dependable!!

Nice car for the price! Dependable and many safety features. Also a lot of options to choose from. I would like a smoother, less noisy and comfortable ride. I read a few reviews and I do agree the push bottom shift is not a good idea. I have owned three Hyundais and they have all been good cars. Will buy again if they are able to fix the reasons I mentioned.

Dependable and affordable!

My Santa Fe has been dependable. Hyundai offers many extra options that make you feel safe while driving down the road. My car has almost all of the options they offer. It was so nice to get into my car all warmed up from the bitter cold with starting it from my phone.

I Thank GOD for my Hyundai 2023 Santa Fe SE car!

Wonderful vehicle and has been perfect for me and the price was competitive for the size of this car. However, the gas milage is not that great. But for now, this car is as I stated above, "perfect for me" and I am thankful!

Really good mid-size SUV

Very nice SUV, especially in top level trim. Plenty of features and driving aids that work really well. It's quite comfortable to sit in and drive for bigger guys (6'4" @ 260). Interior is reasonably quiet although Genesis is much quieter, so Hyundai could do better. 8,000 miles in, just had first service, on Hyundai except for "recommended" oil treatment. My Genesis, it was always fuel treatment, so they have to get something I guess. Really our only complaint is the sound system. The systems (menus,functions,visuals,etc.) are great but the sound is just not very good. I've played with all the settings and just can't get good sound out of it. Everything works, it just doesn't sound very good. A mild annoyance is that the mpg is just OK. This 2.5l turbo is very peppy, but it'll suck gas doing it. 25mpg is pretty standard with up to 28 in cruise with all the aids on. 18-20 if you have a heavy foot. Great vehicle in all other aspects.

Beautiful vehicle

The 2023 Santa Fe AWD is a nice vehicle to drive. Good MPG, I’m getting 24mpg average with mostly highway and 20% city driving. Seats are comfortable for 5” and 6” people, nice leg room in rear seats. Plenty of cargo space. Navigation without having to have a phone! Style and class without a big price tag. Plenty of safety features, love the lane assistance and smart adaptive cruise. Will have to keep for awhile or change manufacturers since the new ones 2025 are soooooooo ugly!

Not a vehicle I would recommend

I am not a satisified customer. Should have given the 1st lemon back and not accepted the replacement. My experience purchasing the vehicle was great. But after driving it for less than 6 months - the transmission went.

Hyundai is slipping

I bought this Sante Fe because we previously had good luck with 67 previous Hyundai's and we liked the warranty. However, this Calligraphy rides a bit rougher and is noisier than any of our previous Hyundai's, The push button transmission is terrible and basically a safety hazard. I pulled into my garage & felt I firmly pushed the park button, took my foot off the brake and almost drove thru the back of my garage numerous times. That has never happened to me with a shifter in 65 years of driving. As a matter of fact, my wife refuses to drive the vehicle, Each time I have had a software upgrade things got worse instead of better.

A Lot of Value For Your Money

Overall, the vehicle is solid. The prior years seemed to have a bit better build quality, but they lacked the panache of the new lines and interior fit and finish. Central controls in the cluster are a nice touch and very convenient.

The worse experience

My first brand new car I bought based on great reputation and warranty. Car had lights problem from beginning that service were not able to fix. After reaching out to cooperate of Hyundai I was told the top engineers are working on my car, car was not fixable and became lemon. 4 months of dealing with Hyundai , 4 months of payment on the car that was still at the dealer , 4 months of frustration a emotional stress with a lot of case managers that were not helping. I would never recommend Hyundai since they do not stand by their product or customer.

Random computer failures makes car unsafe

Car is great except for low gas milage and the fact that the computer crashes randomly and car stops. This happens on side road or interstate. It is unsafe to drive. Hyundai needs to accept responsibility for their lemon cars.

Engine problems

Engine problems from the start. I will not waste my money or time on another Hyundai vehicle ever again. In retrospect, this is not a cheap vehicle and should not have these types of engine problems that I would expect from lower grade manufacturers.
