Not impressed

Paint sucks and electronic side of safety features suck plus recalls. Was expecting so much more from my purchase. Looking at vehicles to replace with now since dealers won’t fix the paint issues and can’t seem to get a appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

Love my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe

Excellent vehicle in quality craftsmanship and warranty. Very satisfied with the vehicle and its fit and finish. Very impressed with its handling, engineering and ride comfort. A vehicle well thought out and designed with lots of features typically considered extras in other makes. Good price for the options listed and feels like a good investment. We had an excellent salesman and service experience as well. We are not impressed, nor will we ever consider financing through Hyundai. Very rude people and inflexible with any needs requests for information or understanding during our last purchase. If it wasn't for the quality of the vehicle we may have never returned as a customer.

My 3rd one!

Love this model. Perfect for everything I needed it for. It is great on fuel for long distance trips and there is lots of storage space. The new push button system took a little time to get used to but is now second nature. Would absolutely recommend for families or singles!!! Even my German Shepherd likes it!

Very satisfied

We love our Santa Fe. We wasn’t sure about getting a brand new car because we wasn’t sure if we could afford it. We are so happy with purchasing this car! We have plenty of space for a road trip! We have taken it on a couple road trips so far and we are completely still 100% happy with the decision of purchasing this SUV. My wife always wanted a Santa Fe so she finally got her dream car!

My experience was poor

I was sold a demo for a brand new car and rushed through the purchase process. Also at signing, i noticed the price was much more than the ticketed price and was actually the price of the palisade that i originally wanted but was forced to take a different vehicle instead. The Santa Fe that I purchaded looked nice but came with a hoard of issues from front to rear. Non of them were taken seriously or fixed and I am stuck paying for a Palisade, but got a Santa Fe with a bunch of issues. I would not recommend trusting the purchase process if your instincts tell you otherwise. You will get sold hard to move vehicles if you are vulnerable and in desperate need of a NEW vehicle. I felt targeted as a Not good enough person for this vehicle, but paid for it anyway without getting what i originally wanted. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.

Mostly satisfied except with noisy moon roof/vibration.

Cresting over hills or on way down and if it's a windy day the moon roof vibrates and is annoyingly noisy. Dealership lubricated seal around it but that wasn't the answer. Wonder if it's the bug screen or the frame work.

Transmission defective

The transmission was defective when this new car was driven off the lot. When at a stop light the car would move forward slightly, even with a foot on the brake. shifts were incredibly rough once the transmission warmed up. This detracted from seeing any other benefits or features of the car. The diagnosis was that the car needed a new transmission, one was not available. The car was left with the dealer because it was unsafe to drive - I never saw the car again !!!

Easy to drive

The safety features on the vehicle provide some extra peace of mind for the driver. Noise levels are there but not unpleasant. Radio and media are easy to use. Seats can be a little uncomfortable on long drives but back seat reclining feature is wonderful.

Too much is the only problem

I do love my Santa Fe but looking back I definitely feel like I paid too much and because I purchased on my own, as my husband had already moved to our new location, I feel like I didn't get the best deal (& I was told up front they'd make zero deals & take zero money off the list price...) but the monthly pmt is double what I said I'd be wanting to pay but they pushed & pushed & just said refinance it later as opposed to showing me anything different, etc. I know it's on me but I cringe every month at pmt time. I can't trade it in for another 18 months, for something less expensive.....I've checked, so it is what it is.....but I definitely learned a lot if there ever comes another time to purchase or lease!

I love this vehicle

Love all the features, how it handles I feel safe driving.heated seats, love the screen and how easy it is to use and the navigation. The gas last me about two weeks so it runs great on gas and it don’t cost me much to fill the tank! Great vehicle overall

Love it

I really love the interior of my vehicle. My Santa Fe is black with leather seats and a long sunroof. The windows from the back come with black shades. It’s very similar to a luxury vehicle . The cameras also help when driving in reverse and parallel parking.
