Highly satisfied.

The Santa Fe had all of the features that I wanted and more. The dealership did not add a Market Adjustment to the price. The vehicle styling is stunning in red. The interior is quite elegant. The Santa Fe draws many compliments. The car offers excellent value of features and price. The stereo and safety systems are superb. I am very happy with the purchase.

Love my Sante Fe!

I only drive Hyundai's. With the purchase of my Sante Fe, I loved from a Sonata that I drove for 12 years, and I loved that car. But, I was ready to move to a SUV. And I love it! It's sporty & fun, I especially love the black wheels, I think it gives it "attitude"!

Bad Maintenance Service

You need to improve on a Quick way to do OIL CHANGES 2 to 3 hours is to much to waste, my time on. I brought my cars there because I was treated with understanding of what I needed not just to get me to buy a car for there needs of making a goal.

overall, we love the vehicle...our two most frustrating issues are the back seat air conditioning is insufficient, and the wireless phone charging does not work. The stock tires (Continental) are loud, and we had to replace them at 15k miles due to uneven and fast wear

I love everything about this vehicle.

I would buy this vehicle again. I would use Greg LeBlanc Hyundai dealership again too. I can't say enough about how painless it was to deal with them. Fair price, fair trade deal, excellent service. Upfront honest deal with a vehicle I enjoy owning.

Hyundai ownership is a pleasure

Completely loyal to Hyundai- been driving one since 2008. For fuel mileage, price, and selection of vehicles hard to compete. The Santa Fe appearance and functionality continue to improve each year. Family owns a fleet of Sonata's , 2012, 2014,2016, 2020.

Deacon Jones Hyundai of Goldsboro has made a lot of changes for the customers experience and I think they ate Top Drawer when it comes down to it verse most dealerships and they get to know you personally from coming in and dealing with them.

Poor quality

Transmission issues, quality issues, don’t have faith in the longevity of this vehicle. Too many issues occurring at low miles. If I were to do it again, I would never by a Hyundai, our Ford Explorer was way better quality vehicle.

Great suv

Bought it new and I drive 500+ miles a week. Very safe and dependable. Also fun to drive!! It’s telling me to type more so I’m typing more. Not sure if they are looking for me to write a book or not. I’m at 200 characters so bye.

Liked it at first but then...

Initially the car was great. My wife wanted a certain color combo and it was 60 miles away from me. We drove and had a terrible experience at the dealership. The car was great at first no problem then we saw the molding in the passenger side was peeling off or not put on correctly? Then the car started throwing the engine light around 8500 miles. Took it to the dealership and got a transmission software update to protect me from if something went wrong. Then I kept getting an engine light and back to the dealer. Now I need whole new transmission. I actually got this survey because I've owned the car for 1 year only! And it has been in the dealership for 2 days now.

Very Stylish and User Friendly

The warranty on vehicle is very good and the size of the Santa Fe model fits my needs for the cargo area. Would recommend to friends and family, The car is sleek looking on the exterior and the leather seats are a good quality as well as the interior trim.

Smooth ride

Staff are all great. The car is very comfortable and a nice ride. The app makes it very easy to make appointments. I like the fact that we get reminders about oil change, car inspections or any notifications about recalls.

The 4 cylinder engine surprised me. The ride is good. It is comfortable on long trips. Handles well. The rear view blind spot recognition is a great asset. All safety features exceeded my expectations.

Low mileage guy

Good looking car. Clunky transmission and erratic acceleration leaves a lot to be desired. The price, cargo room, and looks are a plus. It's good low mileage choice. If you're driving less than 10,000 miles a year it's fine option. If you're commuting more than that you're better off spending extra and getting something more comfortable and reliable

love the car hate the dealer

very satisfied with the santa fe but hate the service department at the dealership we bought it from sound system sounds great but a little glichy the bluetooth with the phone is a little difficult to use
