I called after lunch and asked them if they could get an alignment done on my Tacoma. The service dep
t said sure bring it on. Got there and dropped it off. In just a short time they called and said ready to pick up. Wow. Not an all day drop off and after lunch to boot. I am OCD about my trucks steering wheel being correct with the alignment. Another place on Bragg Blvd just could not get it right. They did a perfect job and the people that wrote up my work order were spot on as well. My Tacoma has well over 300,000 miles and it drives like new again!!!!

At Napa Tire the customer is made to feel like a family member is working on his or her car. The wai
ting room is stocked with complimentary cold beverages and hot coffee to enjoy, while one waits on a compfy lazy boy chair and watches TV, or flips through a magazine. During my visit a fellow customer delivered some home made baked goods and thanked the service personel for their continued, outstanding service as she said, "You guys are like family." This gesture says it all. The reason I, and others keep returning to Napa Tire is because the people there take the time to diagnose the problem correctly the first time, find the solution, and complete the repair as soon as possible at a competative rate. If only other businesses followed this simple, but effective model they would enjoy the well earned success and respect Napa Tire has developed over the years serving the Napa community. I’m an out of state a college student with a pretty old car. I needed a car place around Richmond to
help with car troubles. I came in told them my problems, they took a look and gave me a price sheet for free. Brought it in and they fixed everything that I asked for. No scamming involved. Had problems with power steering a week later, came in and they fixed it with no problems. Very nice place and honest people. Will be going here for the remainder of my time in KY. It’s nice to know not all car places are out to scam young women.
