and gave me the option to fix it or not they fixed the problem and I waited to call the warranty company and rase cane he took his time to explain why so I could understand their situation

After the dealership gave me a quote over $18,000 to “fix” multiple issues, my mechanic who does that
work on Mercedes, suggested I contact Import Minded. I was very glad I did. From the initial phone call through the time my car was being serviced. I felt kept in the loop. They very easily could have charged me to “fix” everything the dealership stated was wrong. Instead, they took the time to evaluate what was actually needed, and suggested the appropriate repairs.
I’ll admit, I was nervous taking my Mercedes to a repair shop other than the dealership. I was worried about the quality of work, and having actual Mercedes parts. Those fears were a bit diminished after speaking to the service advisor. The service I needed required in an engine removal to access parts. Given the significance of the job they were doing. It was done in a timely matter, and my car drives and runs smoother than it ever has.
So far, my trust was earned, and I will be returning for regular maintenance from now on.
