and gave me the option to fix it or not they fixed the problem and I waited to call the warranty company and rase cane he took his time to explain why so I could understand their situation

I’ve a history that goes back 25+ years with this shop, a now, second generation family owed business
. They’ve repaired Mercedes, Acura and now a Volvo. My car was diagnosed, taken in immediately given a fair price with a free loaner. Explanations of the issue, cost and timing was immediately discussed. Not often you can find mechanics for a VOLVO, that you can trust! Took it in on a Thursday- had it back Monday ! It wasn’t a minor repair- turbo / engine related. WOW- best service ever. Thanks again !!
