Trustworthy and reliable repair business
Everett Hyundai continues to be a reliable and trustworthy place to have your vehicle serviced. I have been going there for a number of years and have always had a very good experience. The service advisers are friendly, courteous and attentive and knowledgeably answer the customer's questions immediately or promptly look into the matter and get the answer.

 As Service Manager of the HYUNDAI OF EVERETT store, I am sorry to hear that you found our service department to be unsatisfactory.
 
I have looked into your two service visits. The technician on your first visit in early June ran the diagnostics and reset the system per the diagnostic flow chart. He tested the system afterwards for over 12 miles with out a failure. When you returned with the same condition in the end on August. The system was would not reset, which allowed him to continue to work the flow chart and he was able to trace the intermittent failure to the right rear radar. He replaced radar as needed to correct the failure. 

 I'm satisfied that you concern has been corrected. Unfortunately with a intermittent condition , it can take more then one attempt to repair.

It has been 5 years with Hyundai since I purchased my Hyundai Car, each maintenance service has satisfied me. I think Lee Johnson Hyundai of Everett has a great royalty to their customers and maintained higher services so that I can trust their car and service. My son also bought a Hyundai car upon my recommendation, If I need a new car in the future, it will be a Hyundai car.
