Friendly, great service. However they did forget to fill my windshield wiper fluid.. It was completely empty and the inspection sheet said it was checked and full... Other than that thumbs up.

Great service, just faulty part.

I have always been happy with the efficiency of this dealership service department, but with the last 2 faulty parts have been disappointing. 1st I had to take the car in to assure the service staff was ordering the correct parts to fix failures of an electronic window mechanism and a faulty cruise control mechanism. I returned, and the work was competed quickly and efficiently. Regrettably, since, the cruise control failed to work consistently. I will need to return for a 3rd time. My extended service contract is through this dealership, so I have no choice but to continue.

Went in to get some service bulletins installed and an oil change. Turns out, Hyundai authorized a free oil change for owners getting their car's firmware updated. So, I got to keep my wallet in my pocket, and got a free car wash voucher too. With the free drink and snacks in the waiting room, I was money ahead!
