Having been a customer since it was the Honda dealership, I value Cheryl Buck's honest, courteous and professional behavior.
The courtesy car wash was not what I was use to. Inside was barely touched.

The service is good, but this last service the internet and phones went down for over 2 hours. It's impossible to get through because you don't use cell phones. My car was done, but I had to wait those 2 hours because I couldn't get through to verify my car was ready.
