nice people but car issue was not solved
everyone is super nice and helpful however, I went there to get my check engine light checked out and it was in there for two days and right as I got the car I started driving and I went on again. and I never got confirmation that the rental car was returned

Chipping white paint under recall fixed
ur 2018 Hyundai sonata with white paint All of a sudden chipped almost entirely across the edge of the windshield . We were concerned that we are now at the 40000 mile mark that we might not have warranty coverage. To make you a Hyundai went above and beyond to get USA Hyundai to cover the paint repair as a recall or warranty repair which probably would have not fallen under. To be true the paint was defective and I've seen several other white Hyundai cars of recent or similar model year have similar problem with white paint.

Poor sales experience and service
We arrived ready to purchase a vehicle and it still took over 5 hours to complete the purchase. We've had to go back for services. My last service was supposed to be 90 minutes and it took 5 hours when I could have done the update to the navigation myself at home.

Simply the Best
Honest and dependable are the two words I would use to describe Temecula Hyundai Service Center. I've been servicing my cars there since 2013. I usually speak with Travis, he has been my "go to" service writier for quite some time now and always takes care of whatever my vehicles need. I can always count on Temecula Hyundai Service Center.

recall on my Palisade
Temecula Hyundai provided professional and the most congenial customer service. The service department took care of my recall and provided uber transportation for my time waiting. I appreciate the ability to have that amenity and be able to make efficient use of my time. I was impressed with the smooth process as a whole and would recommend them. We need more customer service like this in the community!!

Why setup an appointment?
This starts off with making an appointment, having to cancel and remake for another day. System canceled no problem, but when I rescheduled it didn't take so now my appointment is 3 weeks later than expected. Well my wife takes car down for 11:45 "scheduled" appointment at 11:30 she checked in attendant says 80 minutes. Well some 2.5 hours later the receptionist sees her in the restroom and was surprised she was still there. My wife is too nice,because I would have finding a manager by then. They didn't even start working on in until the lady mentioned it to someone. She had to eat so she left. Finally after 4.5 hours the car was ready. This was for an oil change and rotation. This was terrible customer service. We never had an issue before but this was ridiculous. She's a diabetic and having to wait that long to eat was not healthy for her. She only waited because she was told 80 minutes not 4 plus hours. You're just lucky I wasn't there. But I will post a review on Google etc. We usually have Travis as our service rep. We didn't this time maybe that's the problem.

Great Service
I took my car in due to a noise I was hearing. Turns out it was due to a recall. My service advisor Travis was great, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Even though I could tell he was extremely busy he was always very professional and courteous. My car was fixed and I am happy!

My appt was for the following day and Travis was able to fit me in without hesitation and it was fast service. I also witnessed Travis interacting with another customer and he was going the extra mile but she could not stay but seeing the excellent customer service and he was trying to accommodate her was absolutely impressive you don't see that type of customer service today. Poor customer sentiment.
They didn't show too much regard towards my problem regarding warranty coverage. They simply said you have to call Hyundai motors. .

OUTSTANDING SERVICE
After engine light came on, the Hyundai Service Dept. squeezed in my vehicle after we explained we use this vehicle as a commuter car, which saves us lots of $$$ in gas. We received our vehicle back within a few days. Thank you for your prompt and outstanding service.
