Same issue
On our way to funeral and fuel.injector went out second time. Didn't replace other two that are going to fail. No loaner car or rental. Very dissatisfied.

Temecula Hyundai is a fantastic dealership. Have been going here for years and they always take care of our family. Brad is the GM and he is very hands on with his customers. Dean in sales is one of the best and most honest Sales Managers you will find. Phelib is a great sales consultant. In service, make sure you ask for Travis. Best of the best.

Fixed hole in tire and patch didn't work - But came through in the end
They said they patched the nail hole, got on the freeway and tire went flat on the freeway, AAA came out again and said it was just a sensor and put air in it and I drove home but by the evening it was flat again. Their service department said they would make it right and replaced the tire by reimbursing me. Was a bad experience but they came through in the end.

Outstanding Customer Service
Our 2017 Sonata Hybrid Limited one day started knocking and complaining about the battery. We had it towed to the dealer and were notified that the power plant needed to be replaced and they would call me the next day. The next they called to inform me that it would need to be replaced and it is under warranty. They said it would take about a month and that we should come down to get a rental, which we did. It took a month and a few days till our car was done and it runs perfect. The service team was very nice (as usual) and kept us updated along the way. I would highly recommend Temecula Hyundai for service.

Great Service
I had the opportunity to take my vehicle to the Hyundai service department. Travis was very quick to get my vehicle in the shop. Travis was very professional and thorough when explaining the diagnostic and the parts that needed to be replaced. I decided not to get the work done that day because I couldn’t afford it and then followed up with Nikki in the scheduling department who was able to get me an appointment within a few days of calling. I have owned various types of makes of vehicles and Temecula Hyundai service department and scheduling staff are by far the most professional, and efficient that I have ever done business with.
