Have taken the car twice for recall stuff only and have had to bring the car back because the service tech was negligent and caused other problems

Incomplete Work
My car had the 60000 mile service recently. The belts were not properly installed and still make a noise that did not happen prior to the service. As a result my battery was drained and I required a jump the next morning. David F.

Second chance
Ok so we will chalk the first experience up as an oversight but I took my car back to Dennis for the column steering recall and after they replaced the coupler, I stop to get gas and my gas tank won't open. Also I found out my trunk latch doesn't work either. These worked perfectly fine before I took my car so it seems odd that they don't work after Dennis worked on my steering column. I will be calling first thing Monday to see what they have to say. They are not building confidence in this consumer at all.
