Consistent attentive service
Even when things don't turn out as you would hope for getting your car serviced, they know how to turn it around to make it a positive experience. The little things they do out of convenience for the customer goes a long way. Keep up the great service.

Good personnel in Service Department---courteous, pleasant, personable, and professional
I was very pleased that the recall work was done quickly and the service advisor was friendly and courteous. I would have any recall work done at this location without hesitation. Would prefer to be able to get my car cleaned and vacuumed after servicing, but this location doesn't provide that option.

lack of communication
i like the work on my car and feel confident that it is safe and well completed. However, I do believe that customers deserve better communication ...especially if it is a particularly long job and the business is offering text and phone communication. I had to innitiate all discussions and phone calls updating me on my car and never once received a text.
It has always bothered me to that there is NO COFFEE or soda in the place. How ridiculous to only offer it to me when im buying a new car then not when im getting my car worked on.
If there was a choice of "maybe" to select under "would you recommend this business to a friend"...that would be my answer.

Kelly, I apologize for the communication issues, we will work with our personnel to assure the communication is better in the future.  We do offer free coffee and bottled water at our coffee bar located in our customer waiting lounge, along with free Wi-Fi and private sitting areas.  Also located in our service drive up area have vending machines with everything from soda to ice-cream.

Expensive, bogus upsell, long wait
They charge $25 for tire rotation, and if you want them balanced it's $70. I overheard them attempt an upsell of a bogus "caliper cleaning" to a woman, which makes me question their tactics. I didn't have a great buying experience either and would recommend going elsewhere.

I'm sorry you have had a poor experience at Dennis Hyundai. Dennis regularly price checks the market and is confident the pricing is competitive, in fact our Synthetic Bled Oil change is less than what others are charging for a Conventional Oil Change. Dennis also offers a lifetime free rotation program. A Brake Service is recommended every 15,000 miles and is certainly not a "bogus" service. This service helps assure maximum brake Brake Pad and Rotor life and saves customers costly unnecessary repairs due to uneven brake wear. Hyundai recommends owners preform this service regardless of their gender.
